Hotels in Erhai Park, Dali

I have been serviced by Pullman Hotel in Dali for 2 nights. I am very impressed by the service of the staff, especially Mr. Edison. On the day I arrived, my luggage was broken. He was able to advise me where I could buy a new one, and he also took care of my luggage and brought it to my room when the room was ready. He always informed me and took good care of me. The other staffs were also very helpful. They are able to communicate with me well, and provided other services, such as breakfast, called a taxi to my destination, opened and shut the car's door for me. It showed a lot of care. I was very impressed. If I come to visit here again, I will definitely choose Pullman Hotel.

We stayed at the Dali BoMan Sea View Hotel and were pleasantly surprised by our experience. While we didn’t expect it to be located in a condominium building, this added a sense of safety and privacy. The hotel is situated on the highest floor, offering breathtaking views from the room. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the room itself was incredibly comfortable. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, even going the extra mile to offer us hot milk every evening—a thoughtful touch that made us feel right at home. Although the hotel is about a 30-minute ride from Dali Ancient City by Didi, it wasn’t an inconvenience for us. Coming from Singapore, we appreciated that halal food was relatively easy to find in the area, though the best options were closer to the ancient city. Overall, this hotel is a fantastic choice if you’re looking for stunning views, a clean and comfortable stay, and attentive service. Just keep in mind the slightly longer travel time to the ancient city if you’re planning frequent trips there.

The location is close to Dali Railway Station but quite far from Santorini Dali and Dali Ancient City. I rate the location as excellent because, realistically, you can’t have everything perfect, so we chose the one nearest to the railway station. Overall, everything was good, and the staff, or perhaps the owner, was attentive at first. However, on the day we were leaving, we were supposed to check out at 12 PM. I couldn’t reach the staff to store my luggage (I wasn’t sure where the storage was). So, we went about our day and headed to Longkan Wharf, returning at 12:04 PM. To my surprise, the lock had automatically changed right at 12 PM, which I wasn’t informed about, and our luggage was still inside the hotel. We had a train to catch at 12:56 PM. I tried contacting the hotel via WeChat, but no one responded. We asked the guard for help, but he couldn’t do much except try calling the owner, who didn’t answer. Finally, around 1 PM, the owner responded, saying his phone was broken. Unfortunately, we missed our train. I acknowledge it was my fault for not checking out exactly at 12 PM, but the lack of response from the owner left us without a place to store our luggage. Next time, it would be helpful if the hotel informed guests about the lock system and responded promptly to messages. That was our bad experience. If it hadn’t happened, I would have rated the stay a solid 5/5. But, things happen.

Right by the Erhai Lake, very close to the airport, Mercedes-Benz business car pick-up, hotel environment, service are great, opposite the balcony is Erhai Lake, around the hotel is very convenient for eating and so on, if you want to rent an electric car, you can rent it at the hotel, the price is very good, 1 hour minimum rental, more suitable than other roadside car rental points, although facing the street, it is not noisy at night. The only facility is not given full marks because the sensor lights in the room are too bright, as long as you get up at night, they will all light up. The rest can really be said to be impeccable, next time I come, I will stay. Booked a 3 bedroom hotel cum residence apartment for 5 adults and 2 toddlers. Location was fantastic, in the middle of restaurants and facing Erhai Lake. The 2 of the bedrooms had an enquire bathroom with bathtub. The last had a basic toilet right beside the room. Well equipped with amenities, including full kitchenette (although there were no cutlery provided), a small backyard to wash & hang dry clothes, huge dinning and living space. Hotel staffs were also very friendly and helpful. We arrived Dali by train, and the hotel arranged for a 9 seater vehicle to pick us. The hotel breakfast buffet was also a spread, we truly enjoyed our time here. A pity was we visited around early April and the wind was really huge and chilly so we couldn't spend much time in the balcony. Other than that, everything else was great! Highly recommend to big groups who wants to stay together. Also do note to get the wechat contact of the hotel via trip.com. much easier for communication.

The room is very good, the scenery and lighting are very good and beautiful. Those who like taking pictures will have a bonus. Erhai Lake is just opposite, and it is very beautiful to take pictures. The hotel has its own parking lot, which is very convenient. The only downside is that there is no elevator. The front desk service is very good and can help us with our luggage. The hygiene is clean. Recommended

Pros - Lovely room with a view. - Well-located, near the railway station. - Very helpful and kind manager. Homely feeling. - location is accurate, better to contact them in advance for the exact pin and image of the building. Overall, it is a homely + luxurious property with very sweet and helpful owners. Travelers kindly note - Many of the facilities mentioned here on Trip.com are not available. For example it says 24/7 front desk and luggage storage - but there is no front desk at all and staff is not available at night or before 10 am. Better to contact them well in advance before you arrive and not go by the facilities mentioned on Trip.com. Similarly no gym etc.

First of all, I want to say that, as netizens have commented, the service of the store is very warm and thoughtful, and there are especially heartwarming greetings when you come in and out. I stayed in a family room for four nights. The room is fully equipped with new facilities. The intelligence gives people the experience of a high-star hotel, and the sanitary conditions are good. It is very close to Dali Port and the railway station, and it is convenient to eat around. What is particularly touching is that during my stay it happened to be the Lantern Festival, and the warm-hearted store also gave me dumplings! I also want to praise the cleaning lady for her meticulous hygiene! I will stay here again when I go to Dali next time!

The room is very big, you can see the edge of Erhai Lake, the atmosphere is very good, there is a large living room, very suitable for a family. The parking lot is not very big, but the uncle is very nice and said that he would definitely make room for us. The next morning, we happened to see a rare snowy day, and it was so beautiful from the 9th floor. The only drawback is that due to the temperature drop, there was a problem with the hot water supply, and the elders were in a bad mood, so we only stayed for one night and left. I hope to have the opportunity to stay with friends in the future. I like the service of the front desk lady, and her attitude was very good in multiple telephone communications.

Super satisfied, from the security to the front desk to the aunt who cleaned the room, they were super warm and friendly. The car stopped in the parking lot and helped carry the luggage bags. The mineral water was provided in unlimited quantities. Breakfast was provided until noon. The room was clean and tidy. The smiley face greeted me to leave the parking lot this morning. Very comfortable experience, there are many places to eat around, will recommend to friends
