I would appreciate if they mention on the booking portal ( we book through AGODA) that they require to withheld our passport in the first place. Upon rejection from our end, then only the receptionist ask for a deposit of $500 baht. Old hotel, with very old amenities. Phone inside hotel without phone line… we were being told that they provide room massage service and all we need to do was to dial “0” for room service, unfortunately the phone is for show only. There’s no line attach to the phone. Bear in mind that this hotel is close to 40 years old, so there will be noises like water dripping and such. Location wise is superb,

We booked this hotel due to close to Lee Garden Plaza and we can get our car rental from Yuri Car Rental faster and easier. This is the cheapest among all hotels which closest to the Lee Garden Plaza by the time we booked the hotel at Agoda. I believe this is a very old hotel by looking at the interior design and decorations of the room, but I considered the hotel still trying their best in keeping it clean and neat and maintain it well and decent to stay. Asian Hotel’s location is just nice and it is in the middle of the the city centre, and it puts its guests close to the business and commercial districts of the city. Public transportation is easily available, therefore making it hassle free for its guests to navigate the city and surrounding areas. Our Twin Room is simple, but equipped with all the basic amenities required for a pleasant stay. We have the complimentary 2 bottles of drinking water, coffee and tea, complimentary wireless internet access, towels and toiletries. We noticed that Asian Hotel sure indeed an exclusive hotel once upon a time by looking at the details of the interior design and the joinery works that involved in the room. We can see the amounts of timber panelling and built-ins that in the room – the dressing table and chair, the wardrobe, the dry pantry area and the small TV cabinet even though the TV is an old fashion of box type. The bathroom too, they try to keep it clean and dry. The children think that it is a bit old and small room because we just changed hotel from previously a triple room to twin room. I still think it is descent for us to have a sleep and good bath. You are sure to appreciate the central location of Asian Hotel.

The room is next to the business district, convenient, traffic jam, near Kim Yong market. But the condition of the hotel is quite old. There are large towels and small towels in the room. The staff after COVID 19 is so small that the cleaning of the room is not thorough. Staff in the breakfast room and very little breakfast and good taste not having enough food Had to find food outside the hotel.

I stayed at the hotel one night on 10/9/2019 to 10/10/2019 on my way to hk. I am so happy I splurged and booked a junior suite room during my overnight stay. I was told at the time the suite was just newly remodeled! About the suite: It is very spacious and well organized. The bed was super comfy and the bathroom was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of eastern and western selections. I miss the fresh fruits! More importantly, the service at hotel is friendly and the location is second to none! It’s located in center of everything you will need! I wish I had stayed longer but I will definitely come back to stay at this fantastic hotel!

We booked this Hotel for 2 nights. We rode motorcycle from Singapore in to Thailand. As we arrived early on 21 Sep, we requested the staff for early check in as we were exhausted. But we were turned down rudely. Accepted that it's fine, we asked the staff if they can give us a call when the room is ready (as we wanted to go for the drink). Again, staff rudely rejected and asked us to come and check ourselves. When we came back to check in, staff was extremely rude, when questioned that the room is not free, we pay for it, staff replied that we can look for another hotel if we are not happy. No doubt good location, the customer service turned out be a bad experience. Not recommended as there are better Hotels around.

We booked this earlier because it is in our planning that we would stayed somewhere at the other side of the Hat Yai Railway Station which is not so crowded with the tourists and close to more local people and local food. It has changed the name to Silom Boutique Hotel. We arrived immediately after we reached Hat Yai and we took a Songtheow came. Initially we book a twin bed room, but after the reception saw that we are actually a family of 4 then he was reluctant to let us check-in to the same type of room we were booking. Thus, no choice we have to upgrade to the triple room which is a King bed and a Single bed. The room is spacious. The bathroom also looks new. It looks as the hotel just has renovated. The children were happy on the upgrade of co**** with additional cost. Silom Boutique Hotel is located in the Hat Yai Central area of Hat Yai but it is not so central and it is actually about 2 km from the city centre. For me it is still some distance to reach or access many local points of interest, but it is a convenient location. We can find eatery shops just across the streets, a self-service laundry, and convenient stores such as 7-Eleven, pharmacy, mobiles accessories shop and the economical affordable Mini Big C for us to buy the necessary. In our room there are facilities such as television LCD/plasma screen, towels, complimentary wireless internet access, complimentary 3 bottles of drinking bottles daily. Besides, the hotel has a restaurant at the ground floor which we did not go. We can see people were singing Karaoke during we came back from our outing each day. The hotel itself is near to the local residential and commercial or shops area, thus for me it gives me a real picture of how is the local livings are like. I can see it from near. Our family give a quite good remarks to Silom Boutique Hotel as a good quality hotel accommodations in Hat Yai.
Our family of four spent an unforgettable time here during the outbreak of the domestic epidemic. We almost fell in love with living here. The landlord, grandparents and grandparents are very nice people, the room cleaning is also very satisfactory, and the price is very affordable. . We will come to live if there is a chance!

GGuest UserIf you want to break your long journey while going to Koh Lipe, then Casa 33 seems to be the best place in Hat Yai. We arrive at Casa 33 at around 10ish in the morning from a long flight journey. The check in time is 2 o clock, but on request they were kind enough to give an early check-in. The room was really clean with a work desk & big bath tub. The only drawback of the room was that it was on the first floor adjacent to a common passage & hence you can hear sounds of people incase they are talking loudly. The lady at reception desk helped us book PakBara Pier-Koh Lipe common taxi which was around 600 Baht for two people (including luggage). The cafe there serves very good desserts & tea, we had the jasmine tea & french fries & it was really nice. We wanted to break our long journey before departing to Koh Lipe & hence we stayed at Hat Yai for one night. We visited the Buddha Statue giving amazing views of the Hat Yai City from the top, the Asean Night Bazar which had good shopping options at a bargain. There is nothing much to do @ Hat Yai & you dont find many tourists & the locals dont speak English & hence its really difficult to communicate. Grab Taxi is very efficient as we booked it three-four times at Hat Yai. In all a very good experience at Hat Yai & a must stay in Hat Yai is Casa 33. Cheers, Parth

AAnonymous UserMalaysian to visits Hatyai, I'm suggesting you to stay here. The hotel is located at calm area (besides, there is Bangkok hospital nearby, but the ambulance siren is rarely hear). The room is biggest with balcony, fridge, wardrobe, tv, table, mirror and etc. Comfort bed, freezing aircooler. The staffs are friendly. Walking distance to nomjeen na Halal restaurant, amazon cafe, the biggest 7e in hatyai also big C extra supermarket. I really2 satisfied with this hotel staycation. Do book here.
IijupsiregarLalita hotel has 3 floors, where we have to go up through the stairs there is no elevator. But the room is nice, clean and has a balcony so you can look out. For the bathroom, it's also very clean. The bathroom wall facing the room is made of glass so you can see it directly out. For breakfast is quite good, for the taste is quite good but a little kind. Staff are friendly but a little bit of English. For the location is quite far from the city, but for the hotel price is very affordable. Many instagramable photo spots in each hotel location.
ZzafilmHotel was clean with modern touch. We like the cafe interior design, so cool. Room was nice. Bed was comfort, my wife love the pillow but not me. Little too high for me. I love the pantry inside our room. They have microwave and medium size refrigerators. Small balcony for those who smoke. Breakfast was limited. Need to place order at the receptionist counter day or night before. Filling portion for breakfast meal. Coffee, tea & milo sachets counter with juices and detergent. Only hiccups is the dryer. It will auto stop every 15mins. Its irritated us as we need to adjust the time again & again. Inform the front desk receptionist and they call the hotel technician came to fix but doesn't help. We've to find laundry mart and quiet a distance. Cost us 400bhat!. Please fix the dryer. Other then that, is nice hotel to stay.

GGuest UserIt’s a neat & nice hotel but the staffs were not that friendly, no smiling face. The hotel don’t provide full toiletries like toothbrush and slippers. All need to request at the front desk. The wifi was not auto login and need to login every time whenever get back to the hotel. The hotel is located at a quiet end just behind the New Season hotel with spacious rooms. It’s a 10 mins walk to where Lee Garden eateries & night market are. It’s a 15 mins walk to Kim Yong market . Tuk tuk is ever ready at the doorstep waiting for a short trip elsewhere in Hatyai. A few massage shops across the hotel but I do not recommended as the fees are expensive than those close to May Flower Hotel or Lee Garden. There is a nice noodle shop opposite the hotel which is open from 6pm-330am. A tiny version of Big C supermart is located 3min walk from the hotel m trip and it was a pleasant stay! 😊 I love the hotel location very much, it's not at the busiest part of Hatyai but still a walking distance to Kim Yong market, eateries, and malls. It was a pleasant stay to me and my family! But I do hope the staffs at the front desk could have more smiling face to welcome us…
GGuest UserThis hostel was a nice find... friendly and quick check-in, small room with a bunk bed but very clean and with a view, as I was on the top floor (there's no elevator but I surely can use the exercise), bathroom is shared but also very clean, with toiletries provided...fast wifi...good location within easy walking distance from the railway station

Llaosnewhorizons** A Simple Stay**
Nestled in the heart of the city, the Hotel offers a modest retreat for travelers seeking basic accommodations without the frills. During my recent stay, I found the hotel to be adequate but lacking any notable extravagance.
Upon arrival, the check-in process was smooth, and the staff were courteous, albeit not overly attentive. The lobby exuded a functional charm, with minimalistic decor and seating areas that served their purpose without much flair.
As I made my way to the room, I noticed the corridors were clean but somewhat dated, reflecting the hotel's unassuming character. The room itself was spacious enough for a comfortable stay, albeit with furnishings showing signs of wear and tear. The bed, while not luxurious, provided a decent night's sleep, and the linens were clean.
One of the notable aspects of the hotel was its cleanliness; the housekeeping staff did a commendable job of maintaining tidiness throughout my stay. However, the absence of complimentary meals or even a breakfast option was disappointing, especially for travelers looking for convenience.
In terms of amenities, the hotel offered the essentials: Wi-Fi, a television, and a functional bathroom with soap. While these amenities sufficed for my short stay, they may fall short for guests expecting more modern conveniences or recreational facilities.
Overall, the Hotel is a budget-friendly option for travelers seeking a no-frills accommodation option in a convenient location. While it may not dazzle with luxury or amenities, it provides a decent, albeit unremarkable, place to rest one's head after a day of exploring the city.
The toilet had a strong smell of cockroaches and there was a big cockroach hiding in the corner and then suddenly disappeared. The sanitary environment is not ideal. The shower water in the toilet is very weak, and there is no exhaust fan or exhaust outlet. The conditions in the second house inside were not ideal either. If you want to borrow an umbrella when it rains, the service can be said to be zero points. Umbrella service is not provided and the attitude is extremely bad. It can be said that the residents here are mainly Malays, with relatively few Chinese. There are so many of them that they have occupied the living room outside. The network was not ideal and the speed was the same. There were 2 TVs but one was broken. If you want to stay here, I don’t recommend it. There is no looking back.
