"I have no other complaints except for the hot water shower temperature feels lukewarm throughout my 5 nights. I have asked for a fix but it turns out to be the pre-setting of centralized water heating system so nothing could be done."

"Is near .... opposite is Lee Garden Hotel . I'm leaving level 4 , have 8 bedrooms mix . Toilet is sharing but is separate male and female 👍. 1bedroom 1bed . Overall is clean n cool 😎 👌."

"Room 507 & 508, both room water tap have problem, water tap can't adjust only have hot water and cannot shower. Room 508, the long bath sink was stuck and shower water flow was slow and the fridge was very old and rust. Luckily is only stay a night. I think this hotel need to refurnish for old or new wing room.The only good is the strategic location with 1 night stay."

"Am surprised there was only coffee strips available in the room and no tea sachet in the room 2911. When I asked the receptionist during checkout this morning she confirmed they don’t have tea for the room. The plus point is the security of the hotel and the location. Day and night it’s so vibrant."

"The service was quite good, when we arrived, the staff helped carry our luggage up to the 2nd floor. There’s only one small elevator that can fit two adults, so luckily our room was on the 2nd floor and we could just take the stairs. However, there were a lot of mosquitoes during our stay, which was quite uncomfortable. The most disappointing part came during checkout. The staff claimed there was a bloodstain on one of their towels and asked us to pay for it. But we didn’t even use the hotel’s towels, we brought our own disposable ones. So I strongly advise anyone planning to stay here to thoroughly check the room and towels when you arrive to avoid unnecessary trouble."

"You may choose any other hotel nearby with excellent service, cleaner and most interesting cheaper than this. This hotel has a prime location, unfortunately, overshadowed by the poor customer service at the front desk. The front desk staff displayed a lack of professionalism and courtesy. Most seemed disinterested in assisting guests, showing no smile or warmth throughout the interaction. Their impatience and unhelpful attitude were disappointing. I noticed the same unfriendly behavior toward other guests as well, indicating a deeper issue with the team’s training or attitude."
