Our recent stay at Maritoni Bali Suites and Villas in Bauang, La Union, was nothing short of delightful. The property is impeccably clean, and it’s clear that the management prioritizes maintaining a pristine environment for their guests. The room we stayed in was spacious and thoughtfully designed, providing more than enough comfort for a relaxing getaway. It was fully equipped with all the amenities we needed, from a well-stocked minibar to quality toiletries, ensuring a hassle-free experience.
What stood out most was the peaceful ambiance of the place, perfect for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. The pool was well-maintained and added to the serene vibe, making it a favorite spot during our stay. On top of that, the internet connection was surprisingly strong, which was a huge plus for us as we needed to stay connected for work. The staff were consistently courteous and attentive, always ready with a smile to assist guests.
A special shout-out goes to Irene, one of the staff members, whose proactive and kind demeanor truly made our stay memorable. She went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, which left a lasting impression. The place is very clean and homey. Plated breakfast being served tastes good and had enough serving. Staffs are very helpful, and works with integrity, especially when I left my ring in the room during check out.
No fridge, television, and hair dryer. But there are electric kettle, mugs, glasses, bath towels, and toiletries provided. They also got strong WIFI connection.
This is not a typical hotel set up where you could expect that someone would assist you at anytime. So manage your expectation especially when coming back late from outside, as you need to use the door bell for the caretaker to open the main gate for you. Not an issue for us at all since the caretaker is attentive enough to assist. There is a limited parking space inside the yard but I think there are available space nearby for rent.
The only improvement to ask would be to install thicker curtains for better privacy and a more relaxed experience as it can block lighting and noise from the outside.
I would definitely go back to this place. Thank you!

Location very accessible, may food park sa malapit. Malapit din sa palengke kaya kahit dika na gumala sa ibang lugar diyan palang panalo ka na.
Cleanliness, luma kaya ano pa ine expect mo. Pwede na rin pagtiisan. Not advisable sa mga maarte.
Wala silang elevator. Kaya di advisable ang maraming dala.
Not strikto sa mga bisita basta magpaalam tulad namin na dumayo para mag body piercing.
Mahina ang aircon, maliliit kasi. Di bagay sa size ng room. Pero malamig naman ang La Union kaya keri na rin.

The room is good, smell nice and spacious.the bed is comfy.no view but you can book rooms with window view. The shower and bathroom is spacious. But you need to wash your bum with dipper because the bidet spray is connected to the shower but all in its nice to stay here in travelite express la union.😁 the staffs are friendy.When your using the elevator going up the staff need beep a card to use the elevator but going down no need. 🫠

Location 180 is just a couple of minutes walk from the beach. It is very minimalistic and has a nice cozy garden which allows for nice quiet mornings. It's a basic room with a private toilet and bath and it is kept very clean. Our host, Jeff, was very accommodating and friendly and was very easy to deal with. I'd say its good value for money.

Beachfront property with great pools and beachfront restaurant for great sunset cocktails. However the property is showing many signs of aging. In my opinion, an uplifting renovation is needed. The staff are all very attentive and requests are responded promptly. I had to request another room the next morning as the moldy smell of the ac is making me sneeze all night. Within the hour I was relocated to another room with an ocean view and overlooking the pools. Our request for a “tabo” was granted asap and I think that made our stay on the positive side. Little cons for improvement: face towel torn with holes, no smart tv with netflix, bad tv location in room, dirty smelly canal beside Coast restaurant, letting guests use pool with their street clothes on, hawkers on the beach, access road to the property is too narrow, hallways unlit, elevators not cleaned often, only 4 hangers, no microwave, outside food not allowed, tap water not potable and only 1 drinking water station each floor, no hand held shower head and a room safety deposit box that took 3 staff to get it operational.

SSoghra MahboubyThe amenities like the pool and the beachfront are the good thing about this hotel. Not too crowded when we had our stay. They have very accommodating and courteous staffs and the vicinity is kept clean and comfortable. They are enough spaces to spend good time with the family and friends. We had the premier room and it was very comfortable with a pool view. The one facing the shore would have had a fascinating view of the sunset and the shore. The price is higher than the ones around it but was reasonable if traveling is big groups.

Rooms are warm while outside is very cool. Well maintained hospital. I highly recommend the hotel for locals and foreigners. I would probably choose Orient hotel next time as I have experience warm welcomes of the staff, excellent service and pleasantness of hotel crew.

MMia PiIt was an old house turned to be a hotel. It was so relaxing coz there are lots of plants, trees and view of the sea.
They allow us to use the microwave and other utensils. The bed was so soft and room was big.

AAnneThe wifi signal was difficult in the pool area and we had to ask the front desk multiple times to fix the room wifi. The shower water was also very slow. The cafeteria has no onsite waiters, you will have to look for them in order to order. The aircon wasn't cold enough for a room that's for 4 pax so we had to ask for an extra fan in the room.
But the pool is good especially if you have kids. The beach area is also clean and not crowded so that's a good point. The food price is also affordable. The location if good for those who have private cars but i'll be quite far for commuters to find places to eat outside of the hotel.

room is comfortable but needs a lot of improvement. Faucet in the comport room is emprovised and the tiles is a little bit dirty. When you take a shower, the water will leak to the door and the floor outside the comport room will get wet. Free breakfast is a little bit good, you can not choose for what dish you want, they just serve what is available. The only thing I want with this hotel is the location, because it is near to the tourist spot. Near to kabsat and also to jetsam and flotsam.

JJoan RomaOverall, it was a pleasure to stay in Viilas Buenavista. The place is generally clean and peaceful. You'll indeed have a good night's rest after a whole day of travel and a night out. The staff is friendly and courteous. Just a few things though:
1. We are grateful that they offer complimentary breakfast (which was delicious, btw), however, most of the food choices were not available. Since it's complimentary, and food items are not gourmet food, most items you can store in your fridge for a longer time, like hotdogs, tocino, and longanisa. Then maybe at least more than 2 options be available.
2. No option to have food delivered to the room.
3. Though there is a landline phone in the room, there is no dial tone so that is useless. We used our mobile phones instead since they have the reception's number posted at the back of the door.
4. The room was clean, with cold AC, a working fridge, and a TV. Large enough that it can accommodate a family of 5, or at least 8. Just that the smell was a bit odd. But it's no biggie. What's important is that they have a great room where we can doze off.
5. You may really need to have your own transport, as it's hard to commute from one point and back to the hotel. No happening during the night (no live band, etc) so you really need to go out if you're that type.
So if you are looking for a quiet, private, and clean place to stay while enjoying La Union, I certainly recommend for you to add Villas Buenavista to your choices.
