Best Cebu Hotels

We went to Cebu for a few days and decided to stay here since the location is near almost everything that we need and the rate is cheaper compared to other hotels nearby. Here are my thoughts: 1. Originally, we booked a Deluxe Room (one queen bed and one single bed) via phone a week prior our arrival. The Receptionist told us that the room can hold three guests since they don't have a room with three beds. 2. When we arrived, I was surprised to see how small the room was. The beds can definitely fit three adults / persons but the room itself is quite cramped for three people with luggages. You can't even walk around the room without bumping to each other or bumping to the furniture. 3. I went to the Reception Area and requested if we can have three single beds instead. In my head, I imagined that with three single beds, we could have more space and navigate a little freely. 4. Arrived back the hotel around 8ish (after having dinner) and was disappointed that our room was not arranged how we requested several hours ago. 5. Went back to the Reception Area and explained what has transpired. It was a good thing that the staff there were polite that kept me from making a scene. 6. I explained (again) that the reason why we're requesting for three single beds because the size of the room doesn't suffice three adults. Receptionist apologized and ALSO agreed that the room was too tiny for us. I almost laughed because when we checked in, I explained to them that we were three guests. They even asked for a 500php fee for the additional person. Why didn't they tell us from the start that the room was not equipped to accommodate three guests? 7. I requested for a bigger room (Family Room) which only costs 100php more than our original room. Luckily, there was an available room the following day until we leave Cebu. 8. Family Room was definitely spacious. It has a one queen sized bed and a sofa bed. The room was adequately clean but there are some evidence of worn out furniture and old sheets (clean but minimal stains). Fortunately, the bathroom was clean and the towels were relatively new. 9. We requested to ”Make Up Room” the next day since will be out the whole day that time. When we got back, again, felt really frustrated because the room was still unkempt and the trash weren't taken out. Needed to call the Reception Area again. 10. They provide free WiFi but they will just give you a piece of paper with the code. And the code is only good for one gadget for two days. If you have like five gadets, you need to ask five vouchers. Since we were at the 4th floor, for some reason, the internet gets disconnected from time to time. 11. They don't offer free water daily. I suggest that you stock up your room with water. 12. Aircon is old. It can cool the room partially because it's just a window type zircon which I think is just less than 1 horsepower. It's manual. 13. No trash bin inside the room. SNAPSHOT: We highly recommend this no frills, budget hotel for short term stays in Cebu city. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and very clean with minimalist, but modern stylings. Reception and housekeeping staff are very nice and helpful. Location and accessibility is good - not close to Fuentes Osmena Circle unfortunately, but handy to supermarkets, banks and food outlets. This is our second stay in as many weeks and we look forward to staying yet again in the future. 🌟🌟🌟🌟 The hotel is reasonably quiet and peaceful despite overlooking a major thoroughfare. We stayed 5 plus nights in a deluxe double room and our request for a king bed on a high floor (7) was approved. AC worked well. In-room wifi is mostly stable and strong. Cable tv is installed. Long and narrow desk/table with single chair was helpful either as a work station or gear storage area. Small, open-style wardrobe adequate for clothes hanging. Blocking curtains good for minimising light and street noise at night. Our street-facing room had large windows on two walls providing plenty of light during the day. Bathroom was good with on-demand type hot/cold shower, but no bath. Courtesy phone installed. House keeping makes up room every day as required. Polite and friendly reception staff are exceptionally helpful in providing advice and resolving issues. Email communication with the hotel prior to check-in was very good - my questions were answered promptly. 🌟 Overall luggage storage space is adequate, but could be better. No safety deposit box for valuables. Steps only to enter lobby from roadside and no ramp, but guard will assist with luggage. Filtered water dispenser/FOC bottled water and glasses not provided. NOTE: PHP1,000 deposit refundable required upon checking in. No kettle, microwave, mini-fridge, snacks, etc. in the room. Complementary toothbrushes and tea/coffee are not provided. Wall-mounted soap and shampoo dispensers in the bathroom. Shower is low flow and temperature needs fine tuning if you want consistently hot water. No room service or hotel restaurant, but there is a very good resto (Michel's Bistro 7am -7pm) adjacent to the hotel and a few eateries/takeaway food outlets within walking distance. Pavilion Mall is close by.

The hotel combines a luxurious feel with a relaxed ambience, a beautifully finished hotel with all the amenities. Beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the staff were very attentive. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality products and excellent service.

Nous n'avons pas passé la nuit entière du a l'annulation de notre vol. On est arrivé au petit matin vers 6h00. On dormi une petite heure ,puis après la douche .Le petit déjeuner. L'hôtel est en plein centre ville de cebu , propre et facile d'accès. Les chambres sont simples et bien équipées,tv,clim,frigo,bureau et salle de bain fonctionnelle, personnels accueillant.

Brand new economical whimsical hotel that my children love right in the middle Of the city. Have big indoor slide, giant tik tac to game, gym with new equipments, a basketball ring, a gallery, someToys available also. There’s a small pool inside the hotel, but since there’s a construction nearby, not to compromise safety, they’ve closed off the pool with the Citadines infinity pool as alternative. Famous Local Sunburst & a grocery & other interesting restaurants is conveniently beside the hotel. Queen room was small, but very clean & great interior. Water dispenser is available in the aisle & a pantry too, if you wanted to have a meal outside instead in the room. Rate of S$63 came w set breakfast for 2 that was prepped made to order at an open kitchen by very perky chefs. Washer/Dryer onsite too. Hammocks are also at guests’ disposal. Their dining area also are to note. We were attended to at the Front Dest by Jules, really friendly & accommodating guy that my kids weren’t shy talk to. And the place smells like bubblegum. 🥰 Be back soon with more family. Thanks, we loved our stay!

Stayed 1 night at room no. 214. Bedsheet seemed not change, as it looked filthy, blanket too thin you would surely feel cold, floormat looked so old and worn out, bowl at the comfort room not cleaned well as it was yellowish. Then one of our room details is it has a city view and I was expecting it really has. But it was very disappointing because there is none, There is a very small window like in the room which is covered with a filthy curtain. Yes this is a budget hotel but please make your room atleast fully cleaned and comfortable for your guests. Pictures posted on internet is totally different in reality. I should have read the bad reviews prior to the booking. Anyways I hope they will improve.

They serve generous buffet breakfast. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The location is far from the airport but near malls and restaurants,and placed in a not so busy street. The bed, pillows, and linens were fine enough to sleep on but the aircon failed to cool our room. It was on 16 deg but felt like 24. We were transferred to another room but still the same sentiment. My husband who hates me whenever I turn the a/c to maximum, complained too of the room temperature 😂. We were out during the day and only stayed in the room at night. It was not comfortable at all. I didn't complain again. Too tired to transfer our things and end up with the same problem. I would only recommend staying here if they have improved their a/c system.
