Very good shopping is especially convenient, but there is no formal front desk and you need to pay cash for the room. You can’t use credit cards, but the foreman is very polite, praise, praise, and will stay in again next time

Serviced apar**ent hotel, the price is not expensive, the decoration is quite old-fashioned, the room is large, the view is very good, the hotel check-in is in a corner on the first floor of the basement, and a deposit of 150 MYR is required.

The best thing abt this hotel is it's location other than that it's not that good. I stayed there for 2 nights, the room had ants in it and the towels, bedsheets and pillows had stains on them. The interior is very old and everything needs to be replaced. Overall I would say this entire hotel needs an upgrade asap cuz it's not that good. My main issue was the ants tbh.

Good location, old but spacious. Can't understand it's different management under one roof. My has no reception counter. Has to go to the basement to meet a staff to take me to my room. It's called a resorts but has no swimming pool and breakfast is not an option.

Definitely enjoy the journey from the Resort Suite to the Shopping Centre (sunway pyramid). Locations is great.
For the room, it is not a hotel however it is good enough for 2 nights stay. I didn't use the fridge(it was not on from day 1), I didn't use the cooking space nor the kitchen area.
Good stay. Good space and good area to be at.

GGuest UserThe check-in process was quick and hassle-free. The room was spacious, clean, and well-designed for families.
The hotel amenities were a major highlight. The kids absolutely loved the pool area, which included a shallow kiddie pool and a few fun water features. Meanwhile, we enjoyed relaxing by the poolside with plenty of seating available. There was also a play area and an activity room where the children could stay entertained.
Breakfast each morning was a treat. The buffet had a variety of options, from fresh fruit and cereals to hot dishes like eggs and pancakes. They even had a kid-friendly section with smaller portions and fun presentation.
The location was perfect for families, with nearby attractions and restaurants that catered to children. The hotel staff was knowledgeable and gave us excellent recommendations for family-friendly activities in the area.
Overall, we have a wonderful environment for our family. It was clean, safe, and full of thoughtful touches that made our stay enjoyable and stress-free.

JJassCCLReceptionists and technicians are so helpful for the air con condition, air con is not cool for 2 connection rooms. Eventually it is still not working well after fixing it. The receptionist immediately arranged another room instead.

Minimal spaces in between bed and walls to move.
Provided 2 Cups and a jar. Water have to take from the common area. No coffee, no tea.
Room service has to be requested.
Only body syampoo provided in toilet.
At one point, lift could not function at 3rd floor.
Overall u pay the price for the premium location.
