"The hotel is located near the heart of Dotonbori, close to Don Donki, and within walking distance of Shinsaibashi and Namba. There is a 7-Eleven right outside, as well as a tax-free drugstore, which is very convenient.
Check-in and check-out were both fast and smooth. You can leave your luggage at the hotel, but it is at your own risk. I hope next time they will take better care of the luggage, similar to other nearby hotels.
Our water closet bidet was not working properly during our stay. The Super Twin Room was clean and spacious, which we appreciated. However, we hope the pillows can be a bit fluffier, as they were quite flat. It would also be better if there were two pillows provided per bed for added comfort"

"I had a fantastic stay at Holiday Inn Osaka Namba. The location is absolutely superb — just a few steps away from Dotonbori, making it incredibly convenient for food, shopping, and exploring the vibrant nightlife.
The room size was a pleasant surprise, especially for Japan. We were able to fully open two large suitcases comfortably, which made a huge difference during our stay. The daily cleaning service was spectacular — everything was always spotless and well-organized when we returned each day.
We also appreciated the thoughtful amenities like complimentary water and coffee. A special mention goes to the lovely Dove shampoo, soap, conditioner, and lotion — such a nice touch that made the stay even more comfortable.
Overall, an excellent choice in Osaka, and I would definitely stay here again!"

The rooms aren't huge, but they're a good size for hotels in the same price range. They offer 24-hour hot water, coffee, drinks, and a microwave for heating food, which is great. Free luggage storage is also available. There's a Chinese-speaking staff member at the front desk, so communication was seamless. Breakfast was decent too. The only downside, if I had to pick one, was the constant stream of tour groups. It's also just a 5-minute walk from the main shopping street in Shinsaibashi."

Very convenient and lastly realised there is a 15% discount coupon voucher for 85 restaurants nearby together with the room card in the envelope. Remember to bring along the voucher when you dine in nearby. We tried the restaurant called IGNITE cafe and dining before leaving Osaka.
It is undoubtedly a shopping heaven in Japan. There is a newly opened shopping area namely Grand Green Osaka you can visit and go shopping. Daimaru department store is just downstairs from the hotel."

Smack right in the center of eateries and shopping, its super convenient!
3 elevators served the Main Tower, which meant a much shorter waiting time
Daily breakfast served delicious local and continental cuisine. I really like tbe coffee machine which served aromatic matcha latte
Room was spacious for 2 pax, clean and functional!
Bathroom was equipped with branded toiletries and the shower had good warm water strength
Staff were friendly, always smiling and polite.

"I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Nikko Kansai Airport! The location is absolutely unbeatable — it’s directly connected to Kansai International Airport, making it incredibly convenient for early flights or long layovers. No need to worry about taxis or long transfers — you can walk straight from the terminal to the hotel with ease.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well‑appointed, with great views of the airport runway and surrounding sea. The beds were cozy, and the soundproofing was excellent — I was able to sleep well despite being so close to the runways.
There’s a great selection of restaurants and cafes right onsite or nearby, so finding a good meal was never a challenge. Whether I wanted Japanese cuisine, something casual, or a coffee before heading out, there were plenty of options to choose from.
The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful, especially with luggage storage and checking flight times. Check‑in and check‑out were smooth and efficient.
Overall, Hotel Nikko Kansai Airport is perfect for travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and easy access to the airport. Highly recommended! ✨"

"I chose not to open my 26-inch suitcase flat. The room, though small, had everything I needed and felt secure. I was pleasantly surprised to find a humidifier, which is a lifesaver for someone from the south. Even though it's on a busy street with a subway and Keihan Railway station right below, there was no noise. As someone who's sensitive to noise and easily overwhelmed, I felt completely comfortable. The streets around the hotel are incredibly clean and tidy, with modern buildings, mostly office blocks. If you turn left at the corner, there's an izakaya where office workers go after hours, and a FamilyMart. I highly recommend Okomoniyaki Sakaba Hanamarutei – it's super delicious and perfect for solo diners! The transportation is excellent. The Keihan Railway connects to Fushimi Inari, the Grand Shrine – Sanjusangen-do – Kiyomizu-dera – Hanamikoji – and the Kamo River. The subway makes it very convenient to get to Universal Studios Japan, Umeda, Shinsaibashi, and Tennoji. To take JR to other cities, you just need to go to Osaka Station."
