"A good value hotel with a great location! It's very close to Shinsaibashi and the subway station. You can come back to put your things down and continue shopping when you are tired! It's very convenient. The sanitary conditions are also good. There is a Chinese front desk. There are more foreigners staying here, and fewer Chinese people. I will stay here again next time I come! It's not far to take a taxi to Universal Studios"

"Used for watching baseball. The roof of the dome was visible from a close distance and it was easy to come and go in about 15 minutes. I arrived before 13:00, but it was good to check in as soon as the cleaning was completed and I was able to relax. The email asking for check-in time arrived the next day instead of the day (because it is via a travel agency), so it is smooth to contact the arrival time in advance."

The room was very spacious and bright, and the bedding was comfortable, allowing me to have a good rest. "The wheelchair went faulty half way through the trip but counter staff was very helpful to ask around where else we can borrow even though we have to travel to umeda station but she helped us call hospital and pharmacy in addition to check if it’s possible too. Hotel also provides beverages and snacks during certain timing. Stayed with them 11 years ago and happy I chose them again this time. Thank you!"

The reception area doubled as a bar and breakfast buffet, which was a unique and convenient touch. The breakfast offered a good variety, aligning with the hotel's eco-friendly ethos. It’s about a 15-20 minute walk from the train station, which was manageable and added to the overall experience. Friendly service-focused staff."

It has nearby convenience store , so very accessible :) Great location 👍 Asked for a nice view which I read from the review and they upgraded the room to the high floor with the marriott membership they offer to get a room with a view and got no view and get 0 benefits from it🥹 Staffs are kind They also have a good ambiance lobby Sadly we didn’t hangout at there bar, which were lacked of time and spent it all outside 🫣😂 Also a min walk from the train station,underground and nearby restaurants and massage. Over all we enjoyed our stay from our leisure."

"Spacious, clean room. Typical Marriott layout. I like this location - safe and quiet neighbourhood. Multiple combinis nearby. Less than 10 mins walk to dotonburi area, subway station and also OCAT to catch the airport limousine. Ice machine room was a bit dusty - needs some cleaning."

"Extremely bad service especially for a luxury hotel. Air-condition in room was hardly working, very suffocating for summer. Explained it to the night receptionist. Who immediately replied why could we bear with it on the first night. Sent a fellow service staff who stuck a temperature rod deep into the vent to show the air con was working fine. Couldn’t understand that there was no wind. On the check out day, asked the concierge on the ground floor to help book a bigger taxi in the morning as there were more people and bags. The person replied “yes, yes, yes”. Came back in late afternoon to confused looks."

"Food : complementary food is fantastic and delicious Like ramen for supper and pear pudding in the room fridge. Ice cream sticks after the sauna pool. Drink : complementary black coffee is great in the morning. Luggage storage : very pleased with the service and friendly reception staff to help out and able to keep the luggage until we shop late afternoon. Hotel location : surrounded with google five star rating food to shopping mall from branded to IT gaming technology. Easy access to train but with 2 big luggage 2 small luggage and bags recommended take taxi as the lift to station not really accessible."
