Breakfast offers Inner Mongolian specialties like shaomai and lamb offal soup, and the afternoon tea is exquisite. The service was impeccable throughout my stay. It's my top choice for business trips or leisure travel~

On the night of the stay, the sunset was sprinkled in front of the floor-to-ceiling windows of the big bed room, as if the whole world was wrapped in soft gold, which was a relaxing scene. The facilities in the room are all available, and the intelligent system is particularly convenient, giving people a sense of comfort in modern life. I've never been so eager to give a bad review before. I always think everyone has their struggles and I just let things slide. I stayed at the Yunyi Zizai Hotel in Ordos before, and it was excellent in every way, so I always stay there when I'm in Hohhot. But both hotels I stayed at were just so-so. I arrived at this hotel around 4:10 PM and was assigned a room. The moment I opened the door, I was hit with a pungent smell of smoke. I tried to call to change rooms, but no one answered. I went downstairs to change rooms, only to be told they weren't ready yet and I'd have to wait half an hour. I didn't arrive in the morning or at noon; I arrived at 4 PM. After waiting half an hour, I finally got in. Apparently, the so-called ”smoke-free” treatment was just opening the windows and using an extremely pungent and strong spray. I had no choice but to leave the windows open for four or five hours in nearly -20°C weather. I went out for a bit, and when I came back, the door wouldn't open. I called the front desk again, but still no one answered. I think the hotel itself is good, but the service is truly terrible. The breakfast food quality was as good as always, although the restaurant was rather small. The breakfast staff were very nice! But then the front desk came up again. I redeemed a breakfast with points on Ctrip, and they said they couldn't see the order. The front desk staff in the morning handled it very quickly, just asking me to add another breakfast and hoping I'd give them a good review. I thought about it and something felt off, since I redeemed it with points.
