I would like to call it the god of cost performance. It is very suitable for the first stronghold of Kansai Airport. The surrounding environment is excellent and excellent. It is close to the sea. It is very cost-effective and can take a bath. It is highly recommended.
We chose this hotel for our late-night arrival at Osaka Kansai Airport, and it did not disappoint. Upon entering, we were warmly greeted by two adorable dinosaur robots, which added a fun touch to our experience. The self-check-in process was efficient and smooth. Our room offered a stunning sea view, making our stay even more enjoyable. The onsen was fantastic, although I do wish it had longer operating hours, as it closed at midnight. The buffet breakfast was delightful, complemented by the beautiful ocean view. Overall, we had a wonderful stay even though the hotel is not near any train station! The taxi fare from Osaka kansai airport at 11pm was about 40 usd! Attached photos of ocean view from hotel room and breakfast buffet
For this apartment, the most impressed is the landlord. We may have three or four apartments in Japan. This is the only landlord we met who can speak Chinese, and the Chinese is quite slippery, so there is no communication. What a big obstacle, it is also very pleasant to get along with. It is a relatively comfortable and satisfying check-in experience. If it is not because the travel plan is arranged in advance, I really want to stay here for a while before leaving.

It was a little far from the station (about 15 minutes walk) and it was relatively cheap, and there was a convenience store in front, so it was very good for staying without meals. Also, although the check-in was a little late, the front desk was very kind and helped me to understand what I didn't know and told me that there were amenities or nearby service tickets?
One unfortunate point is ... The toothbrush remained the person who used it before, and it was not new and I couldn't feel clean.
I found a hot spring hotel in Osaka ♨️ Located in the authentic hot spring of Izumisano Inunakiyama, it is very quiet on the mountain, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is not far from Osaka Kansai Airport, about 30 minutes away, take a taxi or bus to the subway station. There are many types of rooms, one night and two meals. You can enjoy the mountain scenery while soaking in the hot spring. The hot spring is surrounded by waterfalls, which is so beautiful. I had a great stay experience.

The room is very clean, the sheets and quilt covers have a light fragrance. The hotel has self-service check-in and check-out, which is very convenient. It is very quiet at night and I slept very well. There is a 711 convenience store downstairs, which is also convenient for eating. I am very satisfied. It is also very close to the airport. If you have enough time, you can go shopping in the outlet mall. It is pretty good and I am very satisfied.
The location is great, less than five minutes' walk from Izumisano Station. Self-service check-in, the owner will leave the key in the mailbox. The house is very clean, it is a two-story detached house. Unfortunately, there were more than ten people staying in the same house on the night we checked in, and the people in other rooms were a group of Japanese students with very poor manners, who kept laughing in a very weird way and slamming doors. They were also very noisy when the doors were closed at night... I negotiated with the owner for almost an hour, until very late
Great Room Size but Disturbed by Wind Noise
I stayed at a hotel in Rinku before my flight from Kansai International Airport (KIX) and was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a twin room. This room was significantly larger than the one I had booked, and in fact, it was the most spacious room I encountered during my entire stay in Japan. The room was clean, and I appreciated the extra space.
However, my experience was overshadowed by the intense wind noise throughout the night. The sound was so loud that I initially thought someone was rolling their suitcase in the hallway during the midnight hours. It turned out to be just the wind, but it was loud enough to keep me awake. I even asked the receptionist to check the noise, as I was uneasy and initially thought it might be something supernatural. The staff was kind and helpful in addressing my concerns.
While the location is convenient for an early flight, it’s not particularly close to the station, which might be a consideration for travelers relying on public transport. Overall, the hotel is decent, with excellent room size and helpful staff, but the wind noise detracted from my comfort.
I didn't book breakfast, but I made an appointment for a breakfast when I checked in. It was a set meal, which was very good. The picture was taken by the window while eating breakfast. It was really great. There was Chinese service. There was also a single-family house and a small courtyard. It was so good... The distance was not a problem. I could walk over and have a look. I highly recommend it.

Outstanding
GGuest UserThe location is great, right in front of the station, and there are restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so it was very convenient.
There is no parking, but there is a cheap paid parking lot nearby, so I had no problems and stayed comfortably.
I would like to use it again.
CColleen TanRoom is big and big double bed and have bath tub that can relax my tire after shopping at Premium Outlet 😇 (walking distance)
I booked a sea view which at high floor level 22, love it, it is new hotel and worth the price
NNR~Booked 4 nights here, I enjoyed the sunset from my room window. The view on the 20th floor is stunning, and the open sky view on the 21st floor is completely breathtaking!
This hotel is one station away from the Kansai (KIX) Airport, and it is good for your final stop just before a flight home because the RINKU PREMIUM OUTLET is just 15 mins walk frm hotel!
However, if u wish to explore Tokyo,Kyoto, Nara, the travel distance is really far .
This hotel has a spa bath too but my sister and I didn't have time to experience it.
Lawson convenience store is located at hotel lobby an another bigger one is just by the Rinku Town station.
To get to the hotel, alight at Rinku Town station, take exit 5 .
Check-in is strictly only at 15:00 hrs NO exception at all, regardless you're travelling with an elderly OR a pregnant lady. (I saw these guests waited at the lobby together with me and was thinking, why would the hotel make the guests gather and accumulate rather than assign them into any of the rooms available given their priority/ needs )
If one needs to check in earlier than 3pm, an hourly charge of 1220 ¥en is required.
Hotel operates with an auto check-in system via the kiosk at lobby.
I would probably stay again next time if I travel to Japan with my spouse, but would only book 2 nights at most. (Just to conveniently shop at Rinku Premium store/get to the airport) Daily room rate is quite expensive 😅
GGuest Usermy flight from seoul to osaka was delayed by 2.5 hours, and public transport wouldn’t have brought me to my share house in the middle of the night, so i opted for the first cabin which was located directly at the airport.
i’ve never been to japan before, so finding it was a BIT difficult, but i managed just fine. the staff was super nice, very friendly and welcoming. i was directly brought to my room, given free toiletries, wifi access, and a charger for my electronics.
the cleanliness of the cabins (especially the bathroom!) was amazing. it was my first time in a japanese bathroom and it completely exceeded my expectations. the shower was probably the best shower of my life — super soft, clean, and just amazing — and the products provided smelled really good. it was super quiet for the whole time, which was very appreciated. the staff also spoke english so i could ask for anything anytime.
the few things i’d criticise personally:
- the cabin wasn’t really private. it had a curtain that you could roll down, but not all the way. the cabins are placed directly next to each other, so there was no option to speak to someone on the phone while in bed. the bed took up the whole cabin, so you couldn’t fit in your luggage, but there was a separate space for that. i think it still was very nice, because there was a lounge area where you could get food or drinks and call your relatives. the cabin area was strictly quiet.
- on trip.com i paid about $59(?), and on the site directly it’d have cost me about $70. for a single night with just a bed and half privacy… i think both offers are a bit pricey for one night but it was fine.
overall 8/10
KKarleneI just needed to stay the night because it was close to the airport, and they have a shuttle service. I took the train to this location, and it really wasn't that far of a walk. I would say about less than 15 minutes. I got there a little early, and the staff was so professional and nice. They let me relax and cool off in the lounge upstairs. They have a very decent manga reading area with comfy chairs and a small outoor rock garden, and I was also invited to a free drink happy hour. Unfortunately, I was too drained from the heat, so I didn't participate. They also have a little cheap eats place next door that I would check out the next time. The shuttle was very prompt and polite. The room was good, but the bathroom was small. If you're very tall, it might be inconvenient for you. Overall, for an older building, it was comfortable for me and at a good price. I was pleasantly surprised when the desk person handed me a free gift. It was a well-made terry cloth hankie with a nice note. It's definitely useful in this heat 🥵
RRichelieu66The room is clean and the surrounding environment is quiet. It is very convenient for airport shuttle bus free of charge. There is a big food supermarket across from hotel. It is fantastic! This hotel is very suitable for staying during transit.
房间干净,周围环境安静。有免费机场穿梭巴士直达非常方便。饭店对面就有一个大型食品超市,非常棒!这个饭店非常适合转机时候居住。
AAi Li LingI saw many great reviews about this hotel from service to location and I can say, I have no complaints except for compliments! The location is fantastic and you can literally walk into the hotel from the station. In addition, the view from my 41st floor is great! Located next to the hotel, there is a huge Cosme store where you can load up your beauty products before flying.
In less than 8 min walk, you'll reached Rinkyu Premium outlet. Shop till you drop!
I highly recommend this hotel. Despite it being a bit old, the cleanliness is top notch too.
IitszxConvenient to get to after an evening flight as the hotel provides shuttle bus service from Kansai International Airport. For a 3 bed room, the room was sufficiently large and was comfortable for all to stay in. Staff were also very considerate in allowing us to have rooms on the same floor, which made our rooms close to one another for ease of accessibility. Highly recommend this place.
AAnneSohOld and rundown hotel with stains in the toilet and a musty smell in the small room. But we were just staying the night before catching our flight so it was bearable.
Location is great, short walk away from train station and shops.
Also, pyjamas were provided to our pleasant surprise.
JJoe SnuffyThe room we got was a double futon on the east room upstair, as we love the traditional Japanese style.
The small space has all the convenient with shared space in common area, small kitchen, bathroom and washer and dryer in the same room. Everything were tidy and functionally used all the space avail. Great water pressure and temp for the shower. The host thought of everything and provided every information avail for us tourist to use.
Distance is not too far from Rinku-town station. Only cons (out of everyone control) the stair leading to the station has no elevator, which will be challenging for people with large suitcase. We are light traveler, which is not too bad for our case.
Overall, great little space and affordable, short ride to Kansai Airport and save time traveling to the airport, which is a great plus since security check in at Kansai may take up to 90 mins to get through.
