"From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and offered all the amenities I needed — including a very comfortable bed.
The hotel’s location was perfect, close to everything I wanted to explore, yet quiet enough for a restful night. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout my stay, like complimentary water bottles and quick responses to any requests.

"Would stay at least 2 nights next time.The room is spacious enough for 2 adults & 1 child.The unlimited use of onsen is great.The views from the resort is amazing.A unique experience with dinosaur robot checking you in.Dont worry still can get help from resort staffs.5 mins walk to a 24hrs supermarket(very reasonable price).Ard 10 mins walk to premium outlet mall & train station next to it."

"It is convenient to be close to で early い flight aircraft に.
If you don't enter the accommodation card with your smartphone, you won't be able to enter the building, and you will enter it inside and outside the hot weather. It's hard to understand and troublesome.
The building that I finally entered was hot and I wanted it to be cool for the guests who came in the hot.
Indoor は Clean で Beautiful.

"For this apartment, the most impressed is the landlord. We may have three or four apartments in Japan. This is the only landlord we met who can speak Chinese, and the Chinese is quite slippery, so there is no communication. What a big obstacle, it is also very pleasant to get along with. It is a relatively comfortable and satisfying check-in experience. If it is not because the travel plan is arranged in advance, I really want to stay here for a while before leaving."

"It's a little far from the subway station, maybe 14 minutes? But you can cross the road to the sea. There is a big Family Mart downstairs. If you book through Ctrip, the phone number is garbled. Remember to check the reservation code in the email when you check in.
The room is not big, but it can fit two 28-inch suitcases (which will block the way) and there is a small compartment for the suitcase P4. It feels that there are more local tourists when checking in, and breakfast coupons are given! Thank you!"

"Hotel manager and rest of personnel were extremely kind and made big efforts to please my requests like serving Continental breakfast and booking taxis. Food was really good, fresh and a lot of thought was put into serving different plates in each dinner with loads of seafood and fish.
I would certainly return to this hotel."

TTrip Or TrickWe reach Osaka at around 10pm and it was a right decision to stay in Odysis for 2N since it was so near to the airport. Just a train ride away and we have sufficient rest for a 1 full day of shopping at Rinku Town Outlet as well as visiting Marble Bay. The room was spacious for 4 luggages and fit our family of 4 well. Separate cozy dinning area and full toilet amenities. We got the highest floor overlooking the sea and it does make up for the non so comfortable bed. Overall, its still highly recommendable to stay here. Very clean too.

GGuest UserI stayed at OMO Kansai Airport for one night before my flight, and overall it was a smooth and convenient stay.
1. Location is great — super close to the train station, and the hotel also provides a shuttle to the airport, which is really helpful if you have luggage or an early flight.
2. Self check-in was smooth, and there were staff nearby to help if needed, which made the process quick and easy.
3. The restaurant has a nice night view. I went there around 8pm for dinner. One thing I didn’t realize at first — you have to order your food at a self-order machine before entering the restaurant. I was a bit confused, but the staff were really kind and gave me clear instructions.
4. The mattress wasn’t what you'd expect from a typical memory foam or spring mattress — it felt more like a tatami-style mattress. But honestly, I found it acceptable and still slept pretty well.
Overall, a very efficient and comfortable airport hotel with friendly staff and a touch of Japanese charm.

RReneVery nice and clean hotel. Its not the newest, but the cleanness of the hotel just amazes me. Especially when there are so many Chinese guests which usually leave a big mess after checkout, gota respect the professionalism of the cleaning team.
The breakfast is also good, simple, nothing fancy, but was good breakfast.
The only issue was there are a lot of Chinese tourists and they do get very loud at breakfast. Hard to have some ”quiet time” during early breakfast.
There is also a airport shuttle which save you A LOT of time!

GguanboThe location is very convenient for my family， when we drive here,and the parking lot is just opposite the hotel,and also there is a restaurant besides the entrance of the hotel.The room is really good and super enough space for my whole family members,especially for my kids, they do really play happily in the room.You can find a free drinking bar at the second floor.There are whiskey coffee and juice.
Last,be careful of the washing room water tap is not easy to control.My kids wakes up at 6:30 around,the reason is there’s no curtains to block the sunlight,so bright to sleep.I need darkness always when I want to sleep.

GGuest UserWalking distance from JR station to the hotel. Clear direction is given along the way. The view in the room is amazing! The room is super large compared to the size in downtown Osaka. But u could tell the room is dated and the carpet is not being cleaned like forever. Plus, the noise in the room is going over all night. I’m not sure if it is related to the elevator or water plumping. The noise just keep going on even in the day time.

There is a kitchen and a large room. There is a pillar in the middle of the twin room which is not very convenient and the TV is completely invisible. Since we were staying overnight and leaving the next day, we didn't force it. The 7-11 across the street closes at 23:00, so please buy water in advance. The elevator code and room code were sent to me in the morning before departure. I sent them after Ctrip urged me.
In addition, you can only see the message he sent when you land because it is Google. You know.

JJoe SnuffyThe room we got was a double futon on the east room upstair, as we love the traditional Japanese style.
The small space has all the convenient with shared space in common area, small kitchen, bathroom and washer and dryer in the same room. Everything were tidy and functionally used all the space avail. Great water pressure and temp for the shower. The host thought of everything and provided every information avail for us tourist to use.
Distance is not too far from Rinku-town station. Only cons (out of everyone control) the stair leading to the station has no elevator, which will be challenging for people with large suitcase. We are light traveler, which is not too bad for our case.
Overall, great little space and affordable, short ride to Kansai Airport and save time traveling to the airport, which is a great plus since security check in at Kansai may take up to 90 mins to get through.
