"The room was spotlessly clean, modern, and very comfortable after a long day of walking at outlet. The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Osaka and would definitely stay here again!"

"Exiting the subway station, there's a second-floor walkway that leads directly to the hotel. Check-in on the first floor was very smooth. There's a shuttle bus to Kansai Airport, but it operates on a fixed schedule, so you need to book it with the front desk staff. On the day of departure, you just show your reservation slip to board. Don't worry if you can't get a reservation or forget to book; Kansai Airport is only one stop away. There's a large drugstore nearby. The duvet in the room was a bit pilled and slightly scratchy... The soundproofing in the room was a bit poor, but everything else was quite good."

"This is my second time staying at OMO Kansai Airport and it is exceptional! I lost a credit card prior to checking in and did a stop card to block any usages. On the next day, Mr Matsuda (from the front desk) assisted me to call the station number to explain to the officer of my encounter… we were told the card was found and I could collect it at a station 3 stops away!! I want to thank Mr Matsuda for his professionalism, kind help and patience throughout my ordeal. He ensured that I know the following steps and relevant information required eg: navigation to the lost n found office. A big thank you to Mr Matsuda and Mr Tapa who assisted me. They deserve to be commended at the front desk! I’ll always choose to stay at OMO Kansai if I plan a transit stay in Rinku Town! Keep up the good work! 💐"

"The location is excellent, right next to Hineno Station, which is very convenient. However, there aren't many entertainment options or restaurants nearby, except for Hineno Shokudo. This restaurant offers great value for money and has a wide variety of dishes. The hotel's breakfast, however, has limited choices, and by 8:45 AM, there was hardly anything left, not even bread, only sliced white bread. The sausages were unappetizing. The strangest thing was that when I asked for scrambled eggs after they ran out, the server brought out cold scrambled eggs – how is that even possible? The curry rice was also unpalatable. The room was extremely small; once a 28-inch suitcase was opened, there was no room to walk. The restaurant's ambiance was very nice, but it felt wasted!"

"We came to stay as a stop before going to the airport, no transfers no nearby bus etc only the station which is 13-15 minute walk away. There’s a shopping outlet with food places again 15-20 mins away we got a taxi and it was 4000+ yen. 1000 from the train station if you have wheeled or little luggage this may be easier/cheaper There’s a 7-11 nearby and a Lawsons and dominos to do you for a night. We never saw the restaurant onsite open. Self check in. Had a toothbrush and tooth paste towel in the room along with a kettle and cups. Had basic shampoo body wash etc but nothing else that it lists on the listing was good enough for one night only"

"The room on the 36th floor offered a great view, I could even watch planes landing 🛬. They also offered a free shuttle service to T1 and T2 airports for early morning flights the next day. The shuttle driver was very responsible, helping with luggage, and looked like they worked hard. The front desk even helped me call a taxi to the restaurant I wanted to go to. There's also a shopping mall, Seacle, right next door, and the 100-yen store there was great for browsing."

"The environment is absolutely stunning, with beautiful trees and houses. It was a wonderful experience to finally stay in a traditional Japanese-style house, something I usually only see on TV! It was very quiet and clean. The location is also great, just about a ten-minute drive from the airport. The owner and staff are incredibly friendly and helpful; they even assist with translations. If any issues came up, the owner was very enthusiastic about helping to resolve them and offering advice to avoid problems. I would definitely love to stay here again if I get the chance."

"The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location right inside the airport terminal. If you have an early flight the next morning, staying here is incredibly convenient. You don't have to worry about traffic or time, and you can get a little extra sleep. However, my overall experience was that the value for money wasn't great. The price of over 300 a night felt a bit high compared to the actual stay. The hotel was also a bit hard to find. I initially followed Google Maps, and the navigation showed a long detour. I ended up having to check Xiaohongshu (a Chinese social media platform) for directions to find the correct route. I'd recommend first-time visitors do some research beforehand. The room was larger than I expected, and all the necessary facilities were provided. There was even a small lockable cabinet next to the bed for valuables like phones, wallets, and passports. For larger luggage, the front desk offers a locked luggage storage area, with each item individually secured, so security is quite good. The staff were also very friendly and enthusiastic when communicating, patiently helping with any issues. That said, as soon as I entered the room, there was a strong, somewhat artificial scent, like the air fresheners often used in public restrooms or malls in China, or a heavy incense smell. I personally didn't like it, and after a while, it became a bit uncomfortable. Also, the duvet on the bed was quite thin, so if you tend to get cold easily, it might not be comfortable enough. Overall, the main value of this hotel is its convenience for catching early flights. If you're just staying to catch a plane the next morning, I'd still recommend it. But for a regular leisure trip, I think the value for money for over 300 a night is just average, and the overall experience was fairly unremarkable."

"It was okay, but there were bikers revving their engines late at night, so I didn't get much sleep. The service staff were all very polite. They offer airport pick-up for late flights. The pick-up spot was a bit confusing; there were 12 numbered signs, and the driver probably parked wherever there was space. However, the car had the hotel's name on it, so no worries about not finding it. It's best to call ahead; I did, and they arrived a few minutes early to Terminal 1. If I hadn't called, I probably would have waited at Terminal 2 until the scheduled time before they came to Terminal 1."

"The hotel is not bad. Very close to KIX airport, and room is not too bad. But they will charge additional fee even though you have paid in tripcom. Bit confusing. Inside room is enough clean and enough wide too if you are business traveller. I have not tried their breakfast due to my trip schedule, but might be good."
