Its a very peaceful place set with a beautiful location, the staff were very friendly and responsible. If you are a nature lover and wants to spend some time outside the city this place is what i recommend, the sound of waterfall and nature will give you a pleasant feeling. The food was awesome too

Entire property and atmosphere is pleasant and natural friendly. We had booked dulex mountain view rooms that is a standard rooms for 3 night stay and these rooms are quite okay in terms of interior and arrangement but due to wooden furniture and interior use rooms are quite musty. Rooms don’t have ac and not required either as nature has its own cool and pleasant weather. Staff is attentive and service is good. I found location quite far from the munnar market place.

n lap of nature where the morning mist greets you and the dusk settles around the surrounding tea estates..a surreal feeling. The people are very kind and helpful, spontaneous with any requirement. I travelled with my family. Rooms are cozy. I view was brilliant--giving away to the entire valley! Food is also good for all taste buds! The plus was internet connectivity for urgent stuff. If you are a nature lover, it is perfect for solo stay too!!

Tucked away in misty mountains, the best place for that quiet vacation. A place with good amenities, nice and clean rooms and courteous and helpful staff. The most ideal place for that quiet vacation if you are planning a trip to Munnar It is always draped in mist which I feel is the highlight of the resort. Food also was good. The staff was also courteous and highly helpful

We stayed in hills and hues for 2 days, One day in wooden cottage, one day in manor hill room the one with jacuzzi. For the wooden cottage light was a little dim needs a little more light, one bulb was also not working but the room view was heavenly definitely will recommend more out of the two as it is more value for money, for the jacuzzi room ,the room needs work. jacuzzi rooms are tough to maintain you could smell the mould to due to jacuzzi, otherwise the room was clean and well maintained For the view i preferred the wooden cottage one trees blocked the mountain view in this one. Coming to the service, reception staff was great and always available really helpful and kind people gave us a rose during checkin and water bottle for the way which was a lovely gesture. Thank you for that. Although restuarant staff wasn't up to the mark, they werent appropriately equipped in my opinion to handle toddlers, saw a lady complaining a lot and raise some valid concerns. Restuarant overall had good food with limited vegetarian options though and beverages were too sweet for us and not good according to the standards a 5 star or 4 star hotel should have. One really good thing about the restaurant is the classical music at dinner time, really enjoyed that. Other activities like cooking demo was ok, but the tea tasting was a let down better to hi tea for the guests instead. Other little things missing that could be improved fruit basket was not left in the second room we had to call for it, two way glass is not ideal everywhere especially in wash room, wash room is visible from outside. Felt that western tourist were given more attention especially at the restaurant. Also I dont like when people request me to review at the end of the stay by using my mobile that shows inorganic review rating. Most people would give you a good review don't have to force it. Overall it was a good experience, certainly one of the best resort o In thekkady with an excellent and unique view.

We enjoyed the silence of the place. Super nature peaceful nature of the place. Staffs are so kind and helpful. We enjoyed food both dinner & breakfast, there were so many items in menu and tastes good. Pool we enjoyed with family. Room was so clean and neat. Staffs helped us per our needs. Over all we enjoyed lot with nature and we will plan to come again here.
