TtangarajGreat Hotel and Great service . Just an amazing and wonderful experience . The service and facilities was awesome . Best of all was the Hotel Food .The Executive Chef and his team did a great job on preparing delicious and sumptuous breakfast . All the staffs there were very friendly and very helpful . Thank You All staffs of Hills and Hues for an unforgettable experience ,

GGurdeepOVerall a lovely hotel and super nice staff at reception. Rooms are very spacious and nice comfy beds.
Slight communication error when we asked for a tuk tuk and he took us to somewhere we hadn't asked & good job I has my google maps to recognise we were headed to wrong place!
Pool is lovely for a swim and nice to have complimentary drinks at 430pm too with a little snack, the games area upstairs was fun too but just very hot up there.

YYeungVery good service, the food at the restaurant is specially good including the buffet and a la carte. The only problem is the housekeeping, which they moved my luggage to a place which is impossible to open it and I need to move my luggage back to the original place, placing the floor towel on my bed, and the worst is they moved my important document from the table top into a drawer which luckily I discovered before I leave the hotel. Other than the housekeeping, I am happy with my stay.

DDeshPolitely, I will just say this hotel is not a 5 Star hotel...maybe not even 4 Star. There are multiple reasons but I will say that one of the biggest reasons is mainly because of the front desk. They lack the understanding of genuine hospitality and a true 5 Star experience which goes above and beyond. To Mr. R.S. Gupta…it is time to make some serious changes at this location. 🙏🏽

AAnonymous UserIt’s 10 mins walk to city centre and you can plenty of shops to eat. If you are pure vegetarian, go to many of the amazing and affordable Pure Veg restaurants nearby.
Also, you can find plenty of monkeys within the resort which is nice because you can’t find any on the way.
In general, it’s a decent hotel but I booked late, so, I had to pay a premium.

GGuest UserThis place is neat and tidy, we booked the jungle view suit and the room is big and spacious, morning breakfast is average with normal South Indian dishes with bread and butter. All cutleries and arrangements are fine. Average place to stay. Car parking is available. Swimming pool is available too and is good. Near to tiger reserve, bus station, Katak, kalari and elephant park. If you plan to book please ensure going there with proper towel, tissues, mineral water, tooth paste & brush. Also if you book Jungle view room, elders wanted to be cautious as you will have to climb one more floor on stairs as the lift facility is until 4th floor. This is more than a decade old building and equipment’s here are neat but not brand new. I experienced power cut in room but that’s manageable

GGuest UserI stayed recently, the resort is very good to stay with friends and family. The environment is too good and the property is clean. They have maintained it well. Also they provide jeep to reach their place from the main road. I recommend this for the peaceful stay away from the city hustle

GGuest UserWe stayed here for 2 nights. The location is near the pine forest entrance, only walking distance from the hotel. The stone built hotel's architecture is a visual treat. Location is very good. The entire property and the view from the room balcony is beautiful. There is a pond and it's nice to watch. Food is good. Not impressed with the buffet dinner. Ala carte was good.
Ghee roast in the breakfast and nadan chicken curry in the dinner was very good 👍. They have a good amount of parking space. The only problem is that the road connecting the hotel and the main road is congested, full of small shops as it is the same road that leads to pine forest entrance. If another vehicle is coming from the side of the hotel, then we need to go back to main road as the road is very narrow. But, once we reach the hotel we have good parking facility. You can contact the hotel before getting into the sub road towards the hotel so that they can arrange security. All the tourist spots can be easily accessed from the hotel location. 5 stars for the location of the hotel.
