"The best option to spend the night before an early flight. The hotel entrance is literally inside the airport right next to the EasyJet check in and bag drop!
It's beautiful, clean, comfortable, bed was amazing. Great breakfast and very nice staff. There's also a nice lounge area and bar that is open till late."

"The room is very big and beautiful! The hotel is a bit difficult to find but it is worth staying. The garden is very beautiful and you can eat or drink in the garden. The house is very historical. We lived in another separate house room next to the main building with a small garden."

"The floor of the room is wooden and soundproof, but I sleep with earplugs, which does not affect; breakfast is simple, but the front desk is very warm, greets every day, there are questions and answers; there are several restaurants in three minutes, five or six minutes there is a supermarket; Go to the airport and turn right for four minutes. There is a bus stop, and it takes ten minutes to get to Gatwick Airport. It is very convenient."

"The service attitude was mediocre. I didn’t bring my charging plug adapter. They didn’t lend it but only sold it. I was only given bread for the breakfast I ordered. After negotiation, I was given British sausages and scrambled eggs. I almost had to pay extra..."

"Great manor-style hotel with large and comfortable rooms. The restaurant and bar taste good. The staff are friendly and enthusiastic. The parking is convenient and free. Originally, it was a noble manor, with a large private territory and beautiful surroundings."

"Lovely stay, clean and a good breakfast. Beds were comfortable and staff accommodating. Unfortunately the cleaning team thought it would be ok to steal my sunglasses that I accidentally left behind, Instead of handing them in. When I asked no one had handed them in so they have in-fact been stolen I’m not impressed what happened to respect?
The staff at reception didn’t even bother to investigate just said nothing has been handed in and basically that was the end of the conversation.
I will be emailing them again directly as they haven’t bothered to respond to the email I sent on the 22nd in regards to my sunglasses."

"Brilliant location, only 5 minutes by bus from/to Gatwick Airport with a bus stop located outside the Guest House. My flight arrived after midnight, but after calling them 24 hours in advance, letting them know they left my room keys in a safe place. Very well informed of how to get there. It's a family run business, and they do care about their customers! Opted in for a continental breakfast, and I was also offered a homemade cake for free!
The place does show its signs of age and will definitely benefit from having a renovation. But otherwise, everything else was fantastic!"

IItsJimPicked this hotel as it is very close to Gatwick North Terminal, only 2 minute walk away.
I checked in and was first assigned a room, I walk in and it had not been cleaned at all, towels on the floor, bed not made and bottles opened on the table. I went back to reception and they were very nice and apologetic, they kindly told me that they have upgraded my room and apologised for the inconvenience. The new room which I was assigned looked very much like the room I had paid for, not sure what the upgrade was, but at least it was clean this time.
In terms of the price, it’s very expensive but what the hotel lacks in cleanliness, it makes up for in location. I’ll probably save my money next time and stay at the Premier Inn across the road.

SSonwwuyeFacilities: Fairly complete, no air conditioning, but a fan. Toiletries are provided, but no toothbrush or slippers.
Cleanliness: Good, clean and tidy. Located right on the highway, it can be a bit noisy with traffic passing by late at night. Airport transfers cost £15-20 and arrive in a few minutes.
