They have a terrace on the ninth floor with good views of the Gran Vía, where you can have a drink and enjoy the tranquility (something difficult in this city). They gave us a renovated room and we cannot take any inconvenience from it, it was spacious, with a huge bathroom and everything was very clean. We will definitely be back."

The price is not expensive. If we come to Madrid next time, we will choose this hotel again, but we hope that the hotel front desk can strengthen its service attitude. "The location is good as it’s very central. The room was a bit small but it was on discount and the facilities were alright. We had a bathtub and had no problem going around Madrid. It’s not a bad choice but depending on the room your views could be better as our view was facing the building and there wasn’t much to see. Either ways it’s not a resort so I think the experience was good"
