"The room is spacious and clean though it’s a bit noisy at night due to its location with a few bars beside it and is located the opposite side of the hotel building where you are given a key to access the building that is without reception. The location is convenient with a S-bahn station in 5 minutes walk and the marktplaz where the Christmas market is within 15 minutes walk. The breakfast is very nice as well. However, the staff is not very attentive and did not offer help proactively for carrying my heavy luggage from the entrance with some stairs. "

"My parents keep coming back to this hotel because they've always been very impressed with the ambiance and service. They're willing to pay a little more for that. They especially enjoy the wellness area. Unfortunately, this time my parents discovered that the service has deteriorated: no more bathrobes or slippers in the rooms (even upon request), no more free water in the rooms (a real shame), and breakfast has also deteriorated... We understand that everything is getting more expensive and that even a hotel chain has to cut costs. However, the Maritim is known for its very good mid-range quality, and that's what you pay for... We hope things will improve again, as my parents have booked this hotel several times a year when they were in Stuttgart. There's a parking garage with an electric charging station, and everything is great."

"Bed was terrible, no room phone, no coffee or tea service. But I asume due to its cheap preis, they cudn't provide other amenities. Location is good."

"The hotel accommodation is good, just like the style of a global chain hotel. If you have stayed in many hotels in China, you may not feel that there is any difference between staying there and staying in China. The hotel service is still very good. When checking in and checking out, they will ask if you need mineral water or sparkling water (there is a refrigerator in the room, and their hotel's sparkling water is good. There is a small garden inside the hotel, but I didn't go in. There is a door in the room that can be pushed open to see, but I didn't stay in the room on the vineyard side this time. I just followed the navigation on the day of check-in. The entrance was a small opening on the shoulder, so we drove past it and then went around again. But just because we drove past it and saw a car dealership in front, we went in and had a look. There were Ford T and Ford GT in it, which were quite handsome. There were slippers, kettles, towels, hair dryers, and sparkling water in the room. Overall, it was good. It is probably the best hotel in Stuttgart in general? Worth recommending."

"This hotel is located in the Mercedes-Benz Center, next to the Porsche Stadium. It takes five minutes to walk to the Mercedes-Benz Museum. There is also a tram museum nearby. It is estimated to take ten minutes to drive. It takes about 15 minutes to drive to the Porsche Museum. It takes about an hour to walk 4.5 kilometers to the city center."

"The room is clean and up to Hilton's standard, including the breakfast line. The location is superb as the U-Bahn train station is right at the back of the hotel, less than 1 minute walk. However I do not recommend this hotel if you are driving from cities to cities, the parking space is ”very limited” at the hotel (less than 15 spots). And you couldnt make a reservation for those parking spots. You would need to park at the nearby Garage which is about 900-1000m away (10 mins walk). The parking cost is slightly higher from the one's underneath the hotel."

"Although the hotel is a bit old and doesn't feel very good, the staff's attention, location, cleanliness, and the wonderful breakfast were above standards. There is a private parking lot with an elevator one street away. 15€ per day."

"Reception person was nice enough. Spoke to the ”Chef” a day or so prior to check-in - requested and was given a front facing, lower floor room. Upon check-in given a 3rd room floor with NO couch (where the couch should be) and no chair. Back to reception; given a 5th floor room with SAME result; back to reception. Given a 6th floor room which at least had a chair where the couch should have been - I'll stay here buuuuut mini fridge inop as was the Thermostat. Bathroom water pressure was dismal with no condiments; good I always bring my own. BTW exiting the elevator on the 6th floor: lights were out in the hallway and as I always check the stairway, also dark, told reception who called maintenance who solved the problem."
