Best Ordos Hotels

The hotel is clean & tidy. Breakfast is good with the right variety. Concierge was very helpful. They booked my trip to the Genghis Khan Mausoleum at a discounted price of RMB300/- The mausoleum occupies a big area and during this time, it is not crowded. A must for any foreign traveller. Enjoyed my stay in Ordos.

The best Holiday Inn Express ever 👍 This is the last stop of our trip to Inner Mongolia with my sisters, don’t be too satisfied! It was already very late when we arrived at the hotel, but the lady at the front desk was still very patient and helped add quilts and buckwheat pillows 💖 The soda water provided upon check-in is super delicious! Jasmine YYDS We helped bring out coffee for breakfast. The breakfast included fruits, fried cakes, local milk tea, steamed buns, coffee, soy milk, and milk. It was very rich. The front desk also prepared super cute balloon bracelets. It will really make you feel good when you receive a cute little stool! Nice stay. Will come again next time!

The hotel environment is very good. Although the facilities are a bit old, the hygiene is very good 👍🏻, and the service is very good. It is worthy of everyone's first choice, Wanxinglong Hotel, a warm home.

Very good value for money. we had the 3 bedroom spacious apartment for 5 people. beds were clean and comfortable as were the bathrooms, hot water and toiletries available. no kitchen available. very commercial area around the hotel, there is a large fruit market, supermarkets and many other bits like clothes and restaurants. Service was excellent and listen to our needs. Breakfast had cofee, bread and fruits available as well as the usual breakfast staples.

This is a very nice hotel, the room is spacious and bright, the bed is comfortable, let me enjoy a good sleep. The staff is warm and welcoming. The hotel also provides a rich buffet breakfast and a variety of leisure facilities, which makes me feel relaxed.

Although this isn't the big brand name chain hotels, I had a great stay here as well. The beds are comfortable and the customer service at the reception is superb. The rooms are clean. The decor is chinese styled and cosy. Location wise isn't next to malls but you can find some shops and convenient shops within walking distance.

I temporarily booked this hotel because of my passport. When I checked in, the lady at the front desk was not only indifferent, she didn't even say ”Hello”, the most basic courtesy in the service industry. ! At first glance, it seems that they have not received professional training, which shows that the hotel is lacking in management. The hardware of the hotel is pretty good, the rooms are large and the facilities are complete. But it cannot make up for the lack of management. I needed a non-smoking room. The smell of smoke was very strong when I entered the room. The two ladies on duty were very helpful. They changed my room and opened the window for ventilation. Thank you for their help! The breakfast was very good. The master chefs were all around. When they noticed that extra dishes were needed, they took care of it immediately, giving people a warm and professional feeling. The breakfast options are also good, including authentic haggis soup, milk tea, buckwheat noodles with mutton soup or tomato soup, very delicious!

The hotel is in good condition, quite new, the bed is very comfortable, the room is big enough, the breakfast is rich, and there is ample parking space downstairs. The only drawback is that the hot water in the bathroom comes too slowly. It takes several minutes before hot water comes out when taking a shower. It is inconvenient and wastes water. I thought there was no hot water at one time...

The service is very good, the health is very clean, the air conditioner in the room is turned on in advance and warmed to 😊

This is not the first time I have stayed at the Crowne Plaza Ordos. This hotel has always been my first choice when I come to Ordos. The service attitude of the front desk staff is really amazing, very warm and sincere! The guest room also feels very homely, very comfortable. What I like most is to walk around in the hotel garden, take a walk, very relaxing and comfortable!
