Foreign traveller here. I was definitely impressed with the hotel. The location is right in the middle of Lixia District, which is always bustling and full of life. The amenities are pretty good. The only thing that gave me some problems was the fact that only a couple of people at the hotel could barely speak English. Now I've travelled across China, and I wouldn't be complaining if I found this problem in a smaller city. But in a hotel of this grade, and that too in Lixia in Jinan, I was a tad bit disappointed that I had to effectively use Google translate everytime.

Every time I stay in the hotel, I have high requirements for the bathroom. I will clean the toilet and put on a disposable toilet cover. When I clean the toilet, I will know the health of this hotel clearly. It can be said that the toilet hygiene of this hotel is very good. The toilet is really clean [strong] The cleaning aunts are also of high quality and can stay at ease.

可以説是相當舒適的一次體驗！ 設施：房間裏的設施很齊全，有搖椅、小冰箱、大浴缸🛁。我們去的時候正巧有房源，房主很大方地給我們升了房型，讓我們參觀兩個房間自主選擇，最後我們選擇了升到簡愛，這個房間有投影，而且自帶奇異果會員，真的很享受哈哈哈。 衞生：浴缸有配套的一次性膜布，泡浴缸的水是山泉水。洗漱用品都比尋常酒店的用心。比如平時住酒店用的一次性牙刷都很硬，牙膏也特別少；但這家民宿的牙刷拆開一看就不一樣，很精緻，刷毛很軟，牙膏是獨立包裝的，用量完全足夠還有富餘。此外男朋友用了民宿的刮鬍刀，説比自己電動的都好用。衞浴乾濕分離，衞生間和浴室是並排獨立的，兩個洗手池也是並排獨立的，而且每個洗手池上方都有一個大鏡子。 環境：因為在林區裏，所以格外安靜，感覺住在世外桃源哈哈哈。雖然在林區裏，但是外賣還是可以送到民宿裏，這一點跟在市區住酒店沒有差別。對於我們可以説是沒有任何缺點了！ 服務：前面就已經提到了免費升房和預先看房服務，我們是十點多出發的，在路上店主阿姨就來電問是否需要在店用餐，我們安頓好之後出來點餐，很快就上菜了，我們每一頓都吃得特別舒服，我們點了特色泉水豆腐和雞湯，其他菜品也特別好吃，尤其不是特色的辣椒炒肉也很驚艷，總體來説菜量還不錯。對了，我們看院子裏掛了不少燻雞臘腸，問了一句，店主就撕了一塊燻雞肉給我們嚐嚐，聽説這裏的雞都是他們在山上養的，不管是雞湯還是燻雞都挺好吃的。大家可以看我上傳的圖片。另外我們剛住進房間，就有阿姨敲門送來了兩瓶安慕希和一堆零食水果，這可以説是意外之喜了，在其他酒店真的從來沒有體驗過。我們每一個請求都被積極響應，包括但不限於用餐時為我們提供紙巾、外賣和水果刀幫忙送到房間門口。最感謝的是，我們是第二天下午五點的車，店主很慷慨地留我們到離開的最後一刻，讓我們不用太匆忙，走的時候幫忙拿行李，還送上了一袋伴手禮。 如果預算充足，值得一試！

When they reached the top and descended the mountain at around ten o'clock, the large group of tourists began to go up the mountain. It feels so good to climb a mountain at the wrong time. Come back from the mountain at 10:30, take a shower in the room, and go to various experience centers without delay. The large balcony of Fort Norman is also very comfortable. In the evening, I can enjoy the mountain breeze on the balcony and watch the starry sky. In the morning, I can see the clouds and mist lingering on the top of the distant mountains. I feel that the hotel accommodation fee is worth it. The service at the hotel front desk and all the waiters were very enthusiastic and their attitudes were very good. It was a very comfortable stay. The room is also very clean and there is tea and coffee. If you need anything, the hotel staff will deliver it directly to the room. The buffet is also great. There are even crayfish in this season and the fruits are also very fresh. There are also many Runan specialties. According to the waiter, the vegetables are all grown by ourselves. Purely natural and pollution-free. If you don’t want to go downstairs to eat in the morning, the waiter will deliver the dry meal. The service in the room is really yyds. All in all, it’s really heart-warming. I will choose this hotel again next time I come here with my friends.
