I was traveling with my 75-year-old mother and I applied to the hotel to upgrade to a king-size bed room with a better view. The hotel housekeeper arranged for the room to be on the highest 6th floor. The room overlooks the mountain peaks and overlooks the outdoor swimming pool. When we checked in, it was nearly 17 o'clock in the afternoon. There were no other guests at the front desk. The front desk staff neglected to introduce us to the operating hours of the dining hall in the store. After we washed and tidied up, it was almost 20 o'clock in the evening. We asked what was in the dining hall. When we asked for the menu, we were told that the chef would get off work at 20pm. As a result, we had to give up and go to the restaurant for dinner. Then we asked when the evening desserts would be served? The front desk staff quickly apologized on WeChat for neglecting to introduce the service details, and sent two extra desserts on the first night. The service staff in red clothes in the guest rooms always have friendly smiles on their faces, which makes people feel comfortable. They also proactively tell us that they can contact us at any time if they have any other service requirements. Because my flight was late on the day of departure, I specifically requested a late check-out at 16:00 from the hotel front desk so that my mother and I could have a good rest. The front desk housekeeper agreed after applying. Thank you! The outdoor pool is amazing! The scenery is as shown in the picture. There are lifeguards at various points outside. On one side is the blue sky and white clouds, and on the other side is the rainbow hanging high in the dark clouds. Swimming outdoors and admiring the natural scenery is really memorable. Does it seem that the swimming pools of small budget hotels in Guilin are open to the public? Children and parents can be seen everywhere during the summer vacation, which breaks the quiet feeling enjoyed by the residents. The room is large and equipped with a floor-standing clothes drying rack and an ironing machine, which is very convenient. The downside is that the shower room is small, and it is inconvenient to turn around to take a shower. There is no body lotion, but it is ok and does not affect my overall recommendation for this hotel! Personally, I think it is a hotel worth choosing. It is the only way to go out of the city to the Longji Rice Terraces. It only takes 30 minutes to drive to Liangjiang Airport without traffic jams. All in all, it was a worthwhile trip to choose this small hotel, thank you!

The surrounding environment is excellent and perfect for walking. The room was comfortable and clean. The boss was very enthusiastic and helped us take a taxi. The hotel he introduced was very, very good.

Special thanks to the hotel housekeeper, Manager Zhou, for his warm and thoughtful service! He understood that we were traveling with the elderly and had difficulty in moving. From the greeting at check-in to the farewell at check-out, he took care of us like a family member throughout the whole process, which left us with beautiful memories in this trip to Guilin. This shocked me, the hygiene was impeccable! Environment: Choose this hotel on the way back from Sanya, you can bring your dog with you! Although the section of the road approaching the hotel is a rural road, no-man's land, haha, we were still a little scared, but once we entered the ecological park area, it was immediately different~ There are two large lawns, as well as a swimming pool, billiards table, and barbecue Although the weather is cold, I can imagine how comfortable it would be to live here when it is warm😌. As soon as my father walked into this courtyard, he said it was great and he would stay here again next time he comes to Guilin! Service: I added wx to the little brother at the front desk, and the service is very meticulous. I was worried that the surrounding business district was far away, so I asked if we would like to have a staff meal together. For breakfast, they would also ask us what time we would eat the night before. After checking out, they would also ask us if we were dissatisfied with anything. I can't fault it. Five-star hotels don't have such service! ! ❣️

We rented the place for ourselves, haha~ It was very quiet and comfortable~ There was a parent-child playground in the swimming pool. It was a hotel built in a flower base. It was very large, and the air around was very good. There were many welcoming pines planted~ However, Guilin was rainy and foggy those days~ I highly recommend this hotel, the room is very large with a terrace, and I didn't want to go out to play when I stayed in the hotel~ The waiters were very polite! 1k+ a night is worth it~

The hotel is quite new, clean, full of childlike fun, and cost-effective. In the Sunac Resort, you can call the housekeeper to pick you up at the B&B after arriving at the parking lot. It is adjacent to Happy Tribe, Water World, and Sea World. The girl at the front desk saw that we were a family of four and took the initiative to upgrade us to a parent-child room for free. It was very considerate and the breakfast was delicious. The Sunac Resort is also very fun. There are many foods in the scenic area. The three parks are very fun. It is suitable for three days and two nights of parent-child tours, girlfriends tours, and couples tours. There are photos and check-ins everywhere, and you can't take them all. This trip to Sunac was very happy and put a perfect end to the summer vacation.

Hygiene: I saw that the service staff often cleaned, and the wall bedding bathing did not see the stains, and the cleaning was in place. Service: The front desk staff was very enthusiastic. There were some episodes during the stay, but they were handled properly after contacting the room staff. In terms of service, I think it is as professional and enthusiastic as most star hotels. Overall, it was a surprise attempt. I decided to go to Guilin temporarily. There were few hotels that did not increase prices during the National Day, which gave us a big surprise. The facilities are perfect and comfortable, the transportation is convenient, the service is warm, the quiet is quiet, not far from the scenic spot, and the sharing is completely enough. Next time you come to Guilin, you will definitely continue to stay.
