Well located in the center of Montréal, close to the ”shopping area” and 15' walking distance from old Montreal, the first impression of the hotel is good. It is an old jewellry building with very high ceilings. Check-in was ok but not particularly warm. Our suite on the second floor was quite large, but had a few features that we did not really like: - it had very little day-light, which gave you the impression to always stay in a dark-room - the air-conditioned worked well in the living-room, but not in the bedroom, which resulted in a poor sleep-quality - The shower head was stucked and had to be changed There is also no seperate restrooms. In addition, we had reserved through the hotel a PCR-test to continue on our journey, which obviously we counted on. However, the test was canceled half a day before we had to take it. Fortunately, a very helpful Jessica at the front desk found a solution, but this created a lot of stress. The fitness is located in the basement and really looks terrible. There are a few machines but it is dark and it gives you the impression to be in a machine room... The adjacent restaurant served a good breakfast. We also had two dinners there and found the food and service really good. In summary: same prices as at the Ritz, but neither the room-quality nor the quality of service can compete

We loved the Nelligan despite the nasty construction at the front door which made uber pickup a bit difficult. It is worth it. The hotel is full of art, has a classy vibe and excellent staff. Our room was elegant and quiet and the bed linens/pillows wonderful. After an initial glitch, the hotel pulled through with a generous comp for dinner and even sent us champagne the next day. Staff and manager were lovely and we felt well taken care of. I would gladly recommend the NELLIGAN and give it very high marks.

The Omni Mont-Royal Hotel is a perfect hotel in Montreal. Excellent montain view and quiet environment. I think I will back to stay this hotel next vacation.
Love this hotel, so write a review. The location is in the central area, but it's backed by mountains and it's quiet. Suitable for non-upstart vacationers, you can climb nearby. The natural scenery of Tianhe Mountain is out of the window. I stayed for five nights and climbed twice. There are many restaurants near the hotel, about 15 minutes walking distance from Chinatown. Hotel service is good, French-speaking Montrealers are generally polite (speakers who speak Chinese loudly on the street will of course be blind-eyed), everything in the hotel is free and the staff is polite, I like this holiday environment . The hotel arranged a nice room for me, thank you very much!

Where to begin? This hotel is pure luxury and class all the way! The hotel itself is beautiful! The rooms, furnishings, linens, everything is amazing and top of the line. My wife and I visited for a few days and the staff took AMAZING care of us from the moment we arrived to the moment we left! Room service dining is delicious! The standout employee was Anissa at the Concierge desk! She went out of her way to add touches to our stay to make it a memorable one. She is a true asset to the Four Seasons Montreal. We will definitely be back!

This Hotel turned out to be the best hotel experience we have had! The decor of the hotel is just amazing, the most beautiful woodwork I have ever seen, with other areas being beautifully modern! From the minute we walked in we were taken care of! Our car, our bags and check in were so easy, front desk was excellent! The room was immaculate, very comfortable and a beautiful high end bathroom! The gym is all new equipment and perfect for a workout! Bar George is a great lively bar! We had brunch and lunch in the Bar during our stay and it was delicious! We also ate at the Restaurant and it was an amazing dining experience! They just don't make French food like this anymore!! HUGE compliments to the kitchen!! There was not one staff member that wasn't helpful and so pleasant!! My husband and I agreed that we would go back to Montreal just to stay in this hotel and to dine here again!!
OVERALL: I stayed here for three nights while I attended a conference. Overall I thought it was a fantastic place and would not hesitate to stay there again on a future visit to Montreal! ROOMS: Extremely clean, new, and refreshed. Beds were comfortable and a variety of pillows (firm vs. soft) were provided. There were ample outlets (standard electrical and USB) at the desk and bedside lamp, just as you'd need. Lighting was good. Two soft white robes were provided and housekeeping was consistent and great. My only quibbles on the room (638): The window faced an alley way/side of a building, and as such, there was basically no view and no significant natural light. In addition, the location of the toilet and the bathroom vanity were such that there was insufficient leg room while seated on the toilet -- and I'm 5'3”! For future stays, I would simply work to avoid that room due to those issues. SERVICE: Everyone at the front desk was lovely! Very helpful at check-in as well as departure (I required a very early taxi ride -- they helped me think about timing and also called the cab for me). Extremely courteous. OTHER: There is a little café (Les Moulins la Fayette) inside the hotel which serves great coffee and fantastic pastries. Staff were lovely and friendly. LOCATION: Directly across from the conference center -- I went in March and didn't even take a coat to the conference, simply dashed across the street! For meals, there are countless delicious restaurants within a 5-minute walk.

The room was okay. It was very cold when I checked in. I thought there was no heating. When I opened the air conditioner vents, no hot air came out. The heater was next to the window sill. It took an hour or two to warm up. I booked the room through prepaid RMB through Ctrip. When I checked out, the front desk I was charged Canadian dollars again. If you don’t speak English well, you may not be able to explain clearly. Fortunately, the money was returned in the end. However, in the winter, there are green ducks and swimming pools outside the house, which is quite magical.
Don't recommend this hotel. This hotel doesn't even deserve 1 star, should be -5 (negative 5) out of +5 (positive 5). Unless you plan to pay a high price for a ”slump” experience, look no further, this is it. My first time to Montreal and will not visit again because of terrible experiences in this hotel. Reasons: 1) Did not honor what's advertised. Expedia stated that it offers valet parking, but it's not. It's self-park. I would not have stayed in this hotel had it not listed ”valet parking” as part of package price. 2) Concierge staff, Mikal, provided unclear and vague information on garage entrance location. Had to ask three times before Mikal walked a bit further to point the side entrance. It's off the street, had he not pointed it out, I would have missed it. I did not see it when I drove by when arriving at the hotel. 3) Made no efforts in guarding customer confidentiality and data: Lack of clear boundary on who can and can't stand behind the front desk counter: This made me feel uncomfortable seeing how any staff, housekeeping, security, front desk, guest services, even manager, Tamara's friend could stand behind the front desk counter to look at any computers and customers' information and data. This could come across as careless handling of customer confidentiality and data. There were two boxes with customer room assignment and data at the counter, even guests in line would easily access if they want to. At one point, there wasn't any staff at the front desk or in the lobby, all gone, with guests waiting, which if they want, they could easily access customer info. The hotel staff don't seem to care. For example, when Tamara checking me, Carl, Jason, Axel, Mikal and Tarama's friend all came over to peek over Tamara's computer with my profile and data on the screen. 4) Lack of sensitivity and priority: Housekeeping Carl, Front Desk Staff: Axel, and Jason, Concierge: Mikal, Manager, Tamara, were all busy doing their own things. At one point, there were 12-15 guests in line with Jason working alone while other staff focusing on other tasks rather than checking in guests to clear the waiting line. 5) Tamara offered me an upgrade, which was a terrible upgrade. Gave me things I did not need and a run-down and dirty room full of issues: hairs all over, dented walls, dented refrigerator, dark room, dirty sinks, food residuals on the chair, dirty carpet, warm (not hot) shower temperature, dusty surface, dirty walls., lack of enough electrical outlet, and many more (recorded with videos). 6) Negative attitude by some staff such as Axel, accusing me being disrespectful and screaming at him when I was not. He hung up my phone call abruptly three times when I called from the landline to raise cleanliness issues after arriving the assigned room. Axel also did not practice active listening. When I called I was hoping they could help locate a clean chair. Axel did not wait until I was done talking by cutting me off saying, ”Jason, seems t

Outstanding
GGuest UserI love this hotel nestled in the heart of Old Montréal and Old Port. I had a great room with a wonderful corner view of Old Montréal, it’s rooftops, the Grande Roue and the little cafes and boutiques below. Room is very comfortable. I love the long modern working desk, the comfy lounge chair, plush bedding and above all the spa multi jet shower… Because of pandemic restrictions most of the amenities of the hotel were not accessible. The hotel has such a nice lounge and bar area but I couldn’t go there. The gym was also off limits. There is an outdoor courtyard that was advertised as open even in the winter with fire pits but it wasn’t accessible during my stay.
My only complaint would be that my room was drafty but I also stayed on one of the coldest weekends of the year and I could adjust the heat in the room. I asked for a throw blanket to cuddle in while reading in the lounge chair. They brought me the cuddliest faux fur blanket, I was almost thankful for the draft. Can’t wait for my next opportunity to stay here.
In my opinion, this hotel is more geared towards adults (solo/business/couples/adult getaways) rather than families with young children. It has a high-end, modern, chic vibe. However, I’m quite sure they would accommodate children too.
Photos don’t do the view justice. They were taken during a snow storm with poor visibility. Under normal conditions, was really nice and at night, so beautiful with all the lights and illuminated Grande Roue.

GGuest UserEverything was as expected to the friendly front desk staff, clean room, comfortable bed and awesome location. You can walk to the old port, downtown and abundant shopping malls from the hotel. We didn’t use our car so the $30/night fee seems expensive. All around great stay in an awesome city.

Very Good
Booked in for 5 nights B and B only told at reception check in that breakfast service had been stopped and told there would be a refund of 11 dollars per person at check out. Rather disappointed with this as we picked the hotel because it served a breakfast. Not sure where you can find a breakfast for 11 dollars locally The hotel bar...no one mentioned it at check in...had reduced hours from 5 to 8 pm. Why?? The hotel uses the term downtown in its name. This I found misleading as it is some distance from the heart of old Montreal. The area the hotel is in is pretty run down with many individuals sleeping rough and a real feeling of destitution. One incident was particularly unpleasant. We purchased a bottle of wine and clarified with reception that it could be drunk in the lounge area...they even gave us cups to use. We had assumed there was no hotel bar. A manager later approached us to ask us rather brusquey to stop drinking. An unpleasant exchanged occurred and we left. Bad treatment for guests in a 4 star hotel. That aside the rooms bathrooms beds and pillows are v good as are reception staff. Rooms have no dressing gown or slippers...how do you get to the pool. Overall well not return. In my opinion it's a 3 star hotel in a poor location.
GGezi813Facilities: The facilities are basically complete, with bathroom supplies, hairdryers, water cups, tableware, coffee machines, and toasters in the public areas. The only regret is that slippers are not provided.
Cleanliness: The cleanliness inside the room, corridors and public areas is very good.
Environment: The housing environment is great, the layout of the room is warm and comfortable, the house is located in a residential area, and the scenery after snow is very beautiful! ! (Look at the picture😄) The room is very close to the subway. You can enter the subway in about two minutes' walk. The transportation is very convenient. One disadvantage is that since the rooms are made of wood, the sound insulation is very poor. You can hear clearly any movement next door and upstairs and downstairs.
Service: I didn't see the owner during the entire check-in and check-out process. He only took the key from the combination lock. It was not very adaptable at first, and because I didn’t receive the room password, I had to call the host to confirm. If I need to ask any questions, I basically call them by phone (not very friendly to friends who are not good at English). But after getting used to it later, I felt that this was pretty good. There was no need to wait or socialize (I was very happy😄). This is a matter of opinion.
LlynnBreakfast is average, but it is still very convenient and cost-effective. The hotel is a few kilometers from the airport, you can see the plane taking off, the children like it. The hotel has a car park and there is also a free bus airport transfer.
A quaint quality inn in centre ville Montreal, outside is deceiving, interior is neat clean tidy somewhat small room,BUT it suits the locale, greeted by Larissa a very outgoing helpful.desk person, who explained a lot about the hotel, the surrounding area, ,and the parking..(there isn’t any) we were directed by Larissa as to the access to parking which is a good thing,,but the logistics of entry and exit is exasperating,,entry was ok,picked up a ticket, found a spot,,then tried to exit the building,to no avail, after wandering around found a red door that looked like we could get out,.,at this point don’t know how we are going to get the car out because there is no means of human contact or available access unless you wait for a vehicle to enter..Larissa went out of her way to order a cab for the morning ride to cruise terminal,we were going to use the metro, but she advised against it

AAnonymous User🚗 Transportation: The hotel does not provide a shuttle to the airport, you have to take a taxi
🧹 Hygiene: Good
🍃 Environment: Good
🔔Service: We arrived late, and there was only one person at the front desk. It happened that the guests in front had some special circumstances to deal with, so he was a little busy to check-in and waited for a long time. The overall service is good
ZZhangThis is my second time staying at this hotel. My first-time experience was fantastic, great location and very convenient, surrounded by restaurants and stores, nearby metro station, walking distance to hospital. The room ”looks” clean and tidy on the first sight.
All the great things aside, the second stay was the most horrifying night I have ever stayed in a hotel.
BED BUGS!!!!
Unbelievable bed bugs were literally crawling on my bed. In the middle of the night, we had to change our rooms and couldn't sleep with the fear of getting bitten.
Highly recommended if not the bed bugs.

GGuest UserThe location of this establishment was great, you were within a very short drive/walk to the old downtown of Montreal. The place itself I would classify it as a high class motel rather than an hotel in my opinion. The two queen beds we had were great and clean and so was the washroom. The room could have been tidied up a bit more but overall was okay. The hotel does not have room service. Breakfast was included for our stay and it was your standard breakfast, but it was good and you could not go wrong with it. The parking lot unfortunately was very costly, $46 per night and the space was super tight, if you are driving a minivan or a truck, you will definitely have a harder time parking. Overall it's a decent place, if location is all that matters and you are willing to sacrifice a little bit on the service then this place is good for you.

Old Montreal
CcparisshWhen I go in winter, the road is full of snow, and it takes a day to go shopping. In fact, it is quite small, and there are no special attractions, just a few squares and a few churches.
Notre-Dame Basilica of Montreal
TToottyBeautiful architecture and inquisitive interior design. This historical landmark building never fails to wow you. Worth a visit if you’re in Montreal!
Chinatown
BBetTerDAYMontreal Chinatown is my first stop every time I go to Montreal. It is a ten-minute walk east from the downtown via train station. My first stop is a steamed bun shop, where I ate barbecued pork buns and wontons that I couldn't eat in Ottawa for several months. It was really delicious.
Vieux-Port de Montréal
CcparisshNear the port there is a Ferris wheel, on the Ferris wheel can put the whole old town in the eyes, winter the port is to be seen outside, almost all snow white.
Montréal Underground City
TToottyMontreal underground city is a huge shopping mall bustling with food, shopping and lifestyle options. A nice place to escape the cold weather outside. The food court is amazing and looks very stylish and modern.
Montreal Convention Centre
沐沐沐汎The scenery at night is very good, it belongs to a relatively tall place
Saint Joseph's Oratory of Mount Royal
奔奔跑在水的驴子10The church that does not charge tickets is more magnificent than the Notre Dame Temple in Mengcun. Because it is built on the mountain, the excavated mountain is specially displayed behind the church, and the mountain is still dripping with water. The green dome is magnificent, and it is said to be the third largest dome in the world. There are about five floors inside the church, there is an escalator, it is not difficult to climb up. There are platforms outside each floor, so you must go out to see the surrounding scenery.
Mount Royal Park
山山长水阔元走高飞1. It is very convenient in downtown Montreal. 2. Free, free of appointment, whenever you want to go. 3. There are scenery all year round, and the autumn is the most beautiful. 4. On the top of the mountain, you can see the skyline of Montreal city.
Habitat 67
老老鹰在飞翔Habitat 67 is a community building on the banks of the St. Lawrence River in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, designed by renowned Canadian architect Moses Safdi (Moshe Safdie), which has become a landmark building in Montreal due to its unique appearance. One of the most extraordinary buildings in the world.
