"The location is on the edge of the port, and there is a COWS ice cream shop 10 meters from the east gate.
The clerk is professional. Breakfast is not included, it is a la carte system, but the price is actually acceptable between 17-24 Canadian dollars.
The facilities include a swimming pool and a gym. The gym is very large. In the swimming pool, the old white man and the old lady are doing extravagant things, which is also drunk.
The last hour of the swimming pool is adult only time, but there are still children in it after the time has passed. The security staff helped clean up in time. very good."
"Our trip from the moment we arrived was perfect. I’ve never seen a whole hotel’s staff so friendly! The room is beautifully done, we had an amazing view of Citadel Hill, very comfy bed, in-room Nespresso, plush towels - an absolute treat. We had a fantastic meal at Chopped too. We loved it so much we’ve cancelled our upcoming reservation at a nearby hotel for March Break and are returning to the Sutton Place. "
"The toom are very confortable and clean. There’s not enough towel in the bathroom for a family of four so you should ask for one more. Although the service is great, the food during breakfast is not refilled fast enough and when finally refilled, it all goes in a minute. If you’re traveling with kids or in a hurry do not expect to eat quickly."

"Amazing hotel in the perfect location to get around on foot. Great staff that was eager to please. Room (one bedroom suite) was beautiful. Breakfast was really good. Lots to choose from. Will be returning in the future."
"I used to have the experience of booking an overseas hotel when I said there was no order and communicated many times before finding the order. I was quite worried before I checked in this time, but it turned out that the check-in went smoothly, and I will still book hotels with Ctrip in the future."
"I was very satisfied with the double bed for the first time, but this time the single bed was shocked. The toilet is half as big as last time. The soundproofing is also poor, and it doesn't feel like the same hotel as before. Maybe the top floor hasn't been renovated yet. This time the room doesn't deserve 800 RMB at all"
"The hotel is conveniently located in the Haffa business district, which is very convenient for dining and traveling. The facilities are first-class and the staff are also very enthusiastic. The breakfast is rich and the view is great!"

Great
EEunice Gale DorongonCheckin was smooth, staff are nice and very accommodating, only thing is we were checked in a room where there are tick bugs. It was so horrifying, we checked in with our toddler as well. They were able to tranfer us to a different room, everyone was prompt to action this. But i dont think im gonna stay again at this hotel next time
EErnest KurishI recently stayed at Chateau Bedford, and had a great experience. The location is very convenient, especially if you're coming from the airport. It’s also close to COSTCO and IKEA, which was super handy for some quick shopping. Getting to downtown and the main shopping malls was also easy, making it a great base for exploring the area.
The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the stay better. The room was very clean, and the facilities were good, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, it's great value for money, and I’d definitely recommend it if you're visiting the area.
GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my visit. I would especially like to thank the Iranian gentleman at the reception for his warm hospitality and assistance. He truly made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this area!

WWeitiebusikewuhanThe hotel has a 24-hour free airport shuttle bus, half an hour, the hotel is 5 minutes drive to the airport, breakfast can be, as a transit hotel is good
GGuest UserThe room was not clean. The TV did not work. The telephone didn't work. The breakfast was horrible. There was cereal but no milk at all. There was no juice available. The price of the room was too much for the room that was given to us. Very disappointing experience. Will never go back to this hotel.
We also found out several other guests' TV didn't work either. The photos provided on the website are not the same as the actual room.
张张The location is OK, it is quite convenient to go out and turn around, but not by the sea, the parking lot on the roadside is quite convenient. This hotel is a bit like a hotel apartment with a microwave in the room and a small hall

GGuest UserThe overall style is retro, with everything you should have, such as a cloakroom, a bathtub, and a single sofa. There is enough space. The location is in the downtown area. There is a bus stop next to it. You can go out directly. It is very convenient. I have to say the disadvantages. If so, the toilet has a common problem with foreign toilets. The water is too high and the bucket is too short. You need to pay attention to the landing position when going to the toilet.

GGuest User🚗 Transportation: The most speechless, the hotel shuttle bus to the airport is free. But after the driver sent us to the airport, he said a lot of things that he didn't understand and asked us for ten dollars (there were three of us in the car). We gave it to him. Later, please ask the customer service to help the hotel to verify that the pick-up and drop-off car is really free. Collection of money is the driver's personal behavior. Remind everyone that the hotel-related services can be bound to the room, the cash receipt is very problematic, don't be almost fooled like me. Trip.com yyds
🧹 Hygiene: The room hygiene is not bad, that is, the toiletries of the Garden Inn in Hafa during the epidemic is still the big bottle stuck on the wall. The Garden Inn I stayed in Calgary, Ottawa is not.
🍃 Environment: I am really speechless, living on the first floor, a large light outside the window is shooting at the window of the room, and the curtains are still bright. There is no hair dryer in the room. I asked my friend about the room. I can find the front desk. The front desk also asked me repeatedly to confirm that there is no room 😅.
Facilities: The lobby is better than the holiday inn next door. The lobby of the holiday inn is very very fast and hotel wind. The hotel air conditioning is noisy and not cool.
Overall this garden inn is not as good as the other garden inn.
GGuest UserI stayed at King's College, which is adjacent to Dalhousie University, where Lucy Montgomery, author of Anne of Green Gables, studied. The historic building and campus are wonderful, and I'm glad I stayed here. The building and facilities are old, so there is no elevator and the toilets are shared on each floor, but they are clean. The room is spacious and has a mini kitchen, but no dishes or pots. There are towels, but no tissues. After checking in, I didn't know how to open the door, so I went to ask, but the two students at the reception desk were very kind and helpful. I had dinner at a Turkish restaurant nearby. The No. 1 bus stop was right next to it, so it was convenient to go to downtown.
