I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my visit. I would especially like to thank the Iranian gentleman at the reception for his warm hospitality and assistance. He truly made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this area!

The boys at the front desk were very friendly and polite! I said that the room we booked in advance was more expensive than buying it now. He gave us breakfast. Although it was not worth a lot of money, it made us feel very good and thought that we were valued by the hotel!
There is free parking, thank youđ!
â ď¸The hygiene of the restaurant needs to be improved, there are lipstick marks left on the coffee cupâ ď¸

Only downfall was that the water slide was down for construction and they did not mention that at all during booking, mainly why we chose this hotelâŚ.

The overall style is retro, with everything you should have, such as a cloakroom, a bathtub, and a single sofa. There is enough space. The location is in the downtown area. There is a bus stop next to it. You can go out directly. It is very convenient. I have to say the disadvantages. If so, the toilet has a common problem with foreign toilets. The water is too high and the bucket is too short. You need to pay attention to the landing position when going to the toilet.

The toom are very confortable and clean. Thereâs not enough towel in the bathroom for a family of four so you should ask for one more. Although the service is great, the food during breakfast is not refilled fast enough and when finally refilled, it all goes in a minute. If youâre traveling with kids or in a hurry do not expect to eat quickly.

The location is on the edge of the port, and there is a COWS ice cream shop 10 meters from the east gate.
The clerk is professional. Breakfast is not included, it is a la carte system, but the price is actually acceptable between 17-24 Canadian dollars.
The facilities include a swimming pool and a gym. The gym is very large. In the swimming pool, the old white man and the old lady are doing extravagant things, which is also drunk.
The last hour of the swimming pool is adult only time, but there are still children in it after the time has passed. The security staff helped clean up in time. very good.

I have never stayed in such a speechless hotel... I stayed for a total of six days. The fire alarm went off three mornings, whether it was weekends or weekdays, and each time it was around nine o'clock... The fire alarm lasted for 20 minutes, and the hotel did not have any explanation, just saying it was a false fire alarm. I don't believe that there could be three false fire alarms in six days? ? ? The hotel does not care about the rest and sleep of the customers at all. The time of each alarm was almost the same, and it went off every other day, as if it was intentional. In addition, I also found in Google reviews that the fire alarm went off frequently and lasted for a long time. So don't book this hotel if you can. The room is very small and not very quiet. The bar downstairs lasts until about two in the morning on weekends, which is extremely noisy.
A deposit of 20 Canadian dollars is collected every night

The location is OK, it is quite convenient to go out and turn around, but not by the sea, the parking lot on the roadside is quite convenient. This hotel is a bit like a hotel apartment with a microwave in the room and a small hall

I stayed for a total of six days, the first time I booked 3 days, and the subsequent days increased every day, but the price was different each time (maybe the discount is different). The first price was 750 yuan, and the last price was RMB 1206, the gap is quite large, it is estimated that the earlier you book the price, the better.

I recently stayed at Chateau Bedford, and had a great experience. The location is very convenient, especially if you're coming from the airport. Itâs also close to COSTCO and IKEA, which was super handy for some quick shopping. Getting to downtown and the main shopping malls was also easy, making it a great base for exploring the area.
The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the stay better. The room was very clean, and the facilities were good, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, it's great value for money, and Iâd definitely recommend it if you're visiting the area.

Great
KKuierdoudouThe room was clean. Parking is free. Swimming pool until 22 o'clock, there is a hot pool, there is a slide. Free coffee is provided in the hotel lobby in the morning. There are fast food restaurants such as Tims, A&W at the entrance of the hotel. There are IKEA, costco, outlets nearby. Convenient and clean hotel
EEunice Gale DorongonCheckin was smooth, staff are nice and very accommodating, only thing is we were checked in a room where there are tick bugs. It was so horrifying, we checked in with our toddler as well. They were able to tranfer us to a different room, everyone was prompt to action this. But i dont think im gonna stay again at this hotel next time
GGuest UserAmazing hotel in the perfect location to get around on foot. Great staff that was eager to please. Room (one bedroom suite) was beautiful. Breakfast was really good. Lots to choose from. Will be returning in the future.

Very Good
WWeitiebusikewuhanThe hotel has a 24-hour free airport shuttle bus, half an hour, the hotel is 5 minutes drive to the airport, breakfast can be, as a transit hotel is good
GGuest UserLocated in the west of Haffa, opposite Costco, next to a gas station, the restaurant on the ground floor is very good. We were very satisfied with our brunch. The hotel parking lot is very large and easy to park. The room is also spacious.
GGuest UserThe room was way too small for the furniture. Not sure why the bath tub and toilet were located in a separate room from the sink and on opposite side of walls. (Toilet & sink should be in same room!) No reason to have an extra cabinet located in the main room which housed another sink portraying like a cheap out dated coffee bar as it took up space needed to exit one of the beds and impossible to utilize the entire mini fridge. That room should be a king bed only not 2 queens!
TTengI didn't pay too much attention to the location, because we went there just for pure sleep and left the next day.
The cleanliness is OK, but the fly in the ointment is that the bathroom lights are very dim, which is not very good for the senses.
For the service, I told the hotel my membership number in best wersern when I made the reservation. I thought the staff could notice it, but it didn't. In fact, the experience of staying in a star-rated hotel will not be too bad, the comparison is to pay attention to the details.
Set up, because it was during the covid-19 period, the breakfast was allocated by the staff, there were not many varieties, but it was basically enough. There is no milk. There is no milk. There is no milk.
LLennartNice room with comfy bed and pillows.
The shower was excellent!!! Good pressure!
Housekeeping every day.
No healthy food for breakfast thoughâŚ. Everything had added sugar. I wonder if Canadians donât have diabetes???
I miss natural youghurt without added sugarâŚ
GGuest Userđ Transportation: The most speechless, the hotel shuttle bus to the airport is free. But after the driver sent us to the airport, he said a lot of things that he didn't understand and asked us for ten dollars (there were three of us in the car). We gave it to him. Later, please ask the customer service to help the hotel to verify that the pick-up and drop-off car is really free. Collection of money is the driver's personal behavior. Remind everyone that the hotel-related services can be bound to the room, the cash receipt is very problematic, don't be almost fooled like me. Trip.com yyds
𧚠Hygiene: The room hygiene is not bad, that is, the toiletries of the Garden Inn in Hafa during the epidemic is still the big bottle stuck on the wall. The Garden Inn I stayed in Calgary, Ottawa is not.
đ Environment: I am really speechless, living on the first floor, a large light outside the window is shooting at the window of the room, and the curtains are still bright. There is no hair dryer in the room. I asked my friend about the room. I can find the front desk. The front desk also asked me repeatedly to confirm that there is no room đ .
Facilities: The lobby is better than the holiday inn next door. The lobby of the holiday inn is very very fast and hotel wind. The hotel air conditioning is noisy and not cool.
Overall this garden inn is not as good as the other garden inn.
