Ananya Residence Service Apartment Reviews

The main picture of the Ananya Residences, well I'm uploading my photos of this pool and other nasty surprises. When we arrived, the bathroom was wet, floors and walls. The towels were in use and damp! We asked for fresh towels and received one. The place is in some godforsaken industrial area, which makes the pass, a hard pass for me. Never again, Ananya Residences.

Overall, it's good. There's a lot of space, with a separate bedroom and dining room. However, the bathroom is very old. The toilet paper was so wet that I didn't dare use it.

The room is spacious, has parking, and is close to food sources. The only thing you might encounter is the main road being flooded on rainy days. However, the service in the room was quite good.

The room I stayed in was room 404. Pros: 1. The room is large, suitable for more than 4 people. Cons: All amenities are available, but if they're broken, they're old. The air conditioner is loud like a plane landing. The TV is unwatchable, and then they lie and say that road excavators damaged the antenna... even though other rooms can watch. I don't want to blame the staff, because they must have been ordered by the owner to say so. I've read the same reviews from other people. I recommend not sleeping alone, it's scary. P.S. The bedroom door inside doesn't lock. The toilet is broken and barely flushes. I had to sit and flush for almost 15 minutes before it worked. If I didn't flush properly, it wouldn't work. There was no hot water. The room was damp and moldy. If you're going to work, just having a place to sleep shouldn't be so bad. I won't be so stingy next time.

Good price, easy to talk to, lovely staff, there's an elevator, I love it so much 5555. The room might look a little scary, but overall it's not bad, it's worth the price. But I like the staff, everything seems so chill 555✨

It's quite high and convenient. There's a convenience store across from the hotel. The only problem is that the main road is under construction. During rush hour, there will be a lot of traffic.

The room is clean and well-proportioned. There are appliances such as a refrigerator, hot water kettle, and microwave oven for use. Good.

The room smells bad and the faucet system is not good.
