"It was very close to the center, you can walk to the center in 15 minutes. Breakfast was super Birgül They cleaned our room every day, we stayed for 4 days, they changed our courtyards and made our beds. There was toothbrush, razor, needle and thread, everything. Although the temperature outside was 0 degrees, the room we stayed in was very hot, we could only stand with an undershirt. We were very pleased, very nice hotel. Thank you."

"The perfect hotel. Excellent location, close to the center without being noisily located. Easy & quick walk to the center, with about everywhere, sights, buildings, statues, the museums, galleries, restaurants, monuments & parks, lake, all perfectly walkable. Airport is 30 mins drive away tops. Bus 30 operates to the center very cheaply, but beware of the taxis, most do not want/like euro or usd. The hotel is clean, warm, comfortable, Lio, chief receptionist, welcoming, warm, helpful. Rooms are very adequate, quiet, safe, warm. I would highly recommend Kuna Hotel for your stay, & if I visited again I'd book again."

The only minus is that it is impossible to call a taxi from this hotel. The cars don't want to come to this location because it is only 10 minutes away from the city."

"but there are too many things that do not let me do that. If we speak about the positive things at this hotel is that the rooms are enormous!!! big room, large beds and big plasma tvs. nice working desk and bathrooms... than is the cleaning which is good and as a plus for the cleaning ladies that will do the room every day, change the towels and event the soap every day. The girls at reception are really eager to be friendly and helpful and they are also beautiful and young....and the series of good things about the hotel ends here the list of minuses come longer unfortunately 1) it is really expensive for what they offer 65 euro per night we paid 2) breakfast is non existent. you will be lucky to get some eggs every day, saome salami and cheese and a good espresso coffee and that is all. one day i only got grapes and coffee and water as there was no cook...because complain about this next day i got the regular omlet but i suspect it was made one day before and the girl which is the same working at reception brought it in less than 2 minutes and the bread was surely old and just put it in the toast 3) there is no elevator so you have to use the stairs all the way to 3rd or 4th floor 4) the internet is a nightmare. you have to use a password and username all the time but at the 4th floor you get no conection 5) becasue of practically no breakfast i asked for a discount but was not given of course... 6) hotel at 15-20 minutes by center and the road to is very busy so no car do not go there They have a guy Liviu working in restaurant who is a great guy really eager to help you so he deserves a better job! we also had few times food in restaurant but nothing special....need a better managemnet"

"We had a wonderful stay in this spacious three-room apartment situated in the heart of Chișinău. The location is excellent, with everything you might need within easy walking distance. The popular restaurant La Plăcinte is just nearby, there is a small shop close to the apartment, and the huge Number 1 supermarket is only about a five-minute walk away. The apartment is comfortable, convenient, and ideally located for exploring the city while still feeling like a home away from home. We truly enjoyed our time here and would strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and well-located place to stay in Chișinău. This is definitely not our first stay here, and hopefully it will not be our last! We would be very happy to return again. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!"

"Nice bed, large room, coffee shop around the corner. Other than that a pretty bad experience: lobby and breakfast room had windows and curtains closed 24/7 making it a depressing and musty smelling place. No one among the staff other than Christina speaks a word of English or had a clue about what working in a hotel entails in terms of service and attitude. The safe in the room didn't work and when asked to repair/replace the safe, nothing was done about it; the room was not cleaned other than a quick whipe in the bathroom, sheets were not replaced. When asked via google translate for laundry to be done (amenity according the website) I was told I could find the iron on the second floor if I wanted my clothes ironed. Second time around the laundry machine was "broken". The front door of the hotel is locked overnight and I had to look for staff in the kitchen to open the door every morning when going for a morning run. There would be no water for 1/2 hr in the morning but this could have been beyond the control of the hotel. The positive reviews of this hotel date from several years back. Management of this hotel has either no clue and/or lacks any incentive to get/train a team and services that put clients and their hotel experience central. Unacceptable for the price that we paid so we moved to another hotel downtown that was EUR20 cheaper and much better."
