"너무 깨끗하고, 방이 넓어서 좋았어요. 침대랑 베게도 몸을 감싸듯 편안해서 있는 내내 잘 잤어요. 직원들이 영어 구사도 잘하고 친절해요. 조식이 뷔페식이 아니고 메뉴판에 있는 메뉴를 선택하는 거예요. 너무 신선하고 방금한 따뜻한 요리를 제공해줘서 조식이 기다려질 정도로 좋았어요. 엘레베이터는 없지만, 직원들이 짐을 옮겨줘서 불편함이 없었어요. 요청하면 바로 서비스를 제공해줘서 있는 내내 불편함 없이 지냈어요. 체크 아웃 때 택시도 잡아줘서 편하게 이동할 수 있었어요. 시티 센터 쪽이 아니여서 바로 옆에 식당이 1개 있고, 배달 어플로 음식을 시켜 먹을 수 있어요. 배달 어플은 로비 호텔 직원에게 물어보면 바로 알려줘요. 호텔 복도에서 르라보 어나더13 향기가 나서 더 포근하게 느껴졌던것 같아요."
