"They booked a hotel for a couple of days and paid for the app.As a result, when they arrived, we were offered 1 double bed , although the voucher indicated 2.Other visitors faced the same problem that day.That is, to solve the problem , which was created by the hotel management , the administrator and his assistant had to spend 1.5 hours! Plus the hotel is in inexpensive accurate rooms and polite staff.Minus and big is a staircase,i.e. if you have a suitcase,not a backpack,prepare to carry it yourself without an elevator.Thanks to the huge boy Sabina that brought us this suitcase on the first day at three Different rooms and on all floors until the administrator finally got us ahead of the room (probably the director didn't give good) with 2 separate beds as it was reserved and paid.There are carpets in the rooms, but are they needed? But the TV didn't work.Enabled, but the channels didn't show,thank you there is free Internet..., then to someone.. And don't forget to warn taxi drivers that before entering the hotel a high barrier , otherwise scratching the door.Very enjoyed breakfast and the food itself.Satisfactory and delicious.Overall a two-fold impression"

"The hotel stayed just a few hours after a long car transfer. The next day early departure. Arrived around 23:00 local time. When booked, the note was informed that the registration bar was running until 8:00 and that the later check-in was warn. The hotel website had a mobile phone number that was attached to VIBER and contacted the hotel. The first, confirmed the presence of my reservation, and the second, it turned out, the registration bar works 24 hours a day. The girl with the respiratory thanked me for informing me about the late arrival.
On arrival and check-in, the staff managed to do their task at 💯 %. And the suitcases helped lift/deposit and taxi quickly called (there was no elevator in the hotel and for me it was invaluable help). To understand, I was one with two small children.
The room was very pleasant, clean, fresh, sorry didn't manage to enjoy.
Since we had a very early departure, we didn't have time for breakfast. We had a lunch boxing, but it came out somehow unsuccessfully (not successfully/uncomfortably packed them), only yoghurt for children. And the number of bags exceeded the number of hands. In any case, I thank you for your care, but it is probably necessary to think about the future as more properly to prepare the guests lunch boxing.
In general, it was quite a comilfo)))"

"The air condition unit was absent in the suite, although its remote control was there. The reception staff advised that the aircondition unit is placed in the corridor outside of the suite. This is weird and unacceptable at 30 grades celsium heat. The rooms description contains aircondiition unit. Besides that the restaurants (declared there are two - Japanese and Mediterranean) were closed due to unknown reasons. The rest is ok. The management has to update the descriptions at Web-Site and hotel reservation portals as for instance -booking.com"

"Good, clean hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable. Big bed, snowy bedding, mini bar, coffee machine and many other facilities. The only minus: cold water flows in the shower instead of hot. I am glad that after 10-15 minutes I got it.
The polite staff, immediately fulfilled all our requests. There are coffee shops and parks near the hotel."

Don’t think there’s a carpark as my taxi have to wait for me at a small area beside the road but it’s manageable. But don’t think driver can wait for long. There’s a restaurant just downstairs which I think is operated differently from the hotel owner. Therefore no room service and you can’t charge to room. But the food is good!

The room is large, clean and tidy, with a kettle and disposable slippers that Chinese people need. The big window allows you to see the Arc de Triomphe. Sitting there looking out the window, daydreaming, it feels like time has stopped. I will choose this one next time.

LLongdajuesaTen meters outside the airport terminal is the 30 bus. It seems that the fare is 6Lei. It is really seamless. It takes ten minutes to get off at the park station and walk to the hotel. At the end of August, we are still more than 30 degrees high temperature, but here has entered the early autumn, the leaves have turned yellow, many people wear thick coats, The winds on the streets are cool. My room is very good, very clean and tidy, although not big, there are two large windows at the right corner, the window is the wind, the day is the FESTIVALUL DOR DE CHISINAU holiday, the festival venue is at the entrance of the hotel, many children fill in their own beautiful color on the plain color drawing board, The main stage is 100 meters outside the window. I can see this straight bustling road and the main stage at the end from the window. Later in the afternoon, young people sang and danced on the stage, and the night fell temporarily to the traditional singing and dance performance of middle-aged people. The square was filled with spectators who watched the show intently. Although the holiday was arranged at the end of June, the young female staff at the WIZZ AIR check-in counter at OTP Airport Bucharest, Romania, said that I did not have a Moldovan visa and did not give me a boarding pass, resulting in the cancellation of round-trip tickets and Bernardazzi Grand Hotel orders, and the loss of more than 1,500 RMB cannot be refunded. According to the inter-country agreement, I can enter Moldova without visa exemption using the Schengen visa, but the customer service of WIZZ AIR, which is responsible for complaints and claims, has been refuting and sophistry, and then terminated the contact in one way, and will not apologize and compensate until today. That's why they don't publish customer service calls. This time a month later, I changed the departure station and came here from Istanbul, Turkey. As last time, I still didn’t have a Moldovan visa. I used a Schengen visa. Under the professional and responsible operation of the staff at the headquarters of the Turkish Airlines with the most global routes, I boarded the plane smoothly and came to the lovely capital of this country. The city is not large in scale. People are restrained and disciplined but free of thought. They treat tourists kindly. Chocolate sugar is delicious and cheap. I finally tasted wine and delicious food in this wine hometown. I have a wish. Everything good I encountered here made me ignore the previous unpleasantness. The hotel bed was very comfortable. The time I spent here was short but very enjoyable. I hope to come again and visit the Milestii Mici wine cellar that stretches 200 kilometers underground.

10-15 minutes walk to the center.. Lived for 4 days = Same breakfast every day: very good coffee, scrambled or boiled egg, sausages, cookies to choose from, sausage, feta cheese, juices from packages (6-7), tomatoes, cucumbers, black and white bread, butter.
The hotel is VERY clean. The room has everything you need: hairdryer, kettle, cups, minibar for an extra charge.
The visit would have been ideal if not for one significant drawback: I didn’t sleep well all 4 nights, because I can hear what’s going on with my neighbors perfectly, and if they’re talking, you can clearly understand the context = it’s impossible to rest!
