Walls are thin, heard snoring, alarm, and even more intimate activities of person/couple in the next room.
Floor 3 has a convention centre. Rooms in front will hear loud event preparations as if they are in the meeting hall themselves.
Drain in the bathroom had a noxious smell of sewage.
Staff not particularly helpful.

At the end of August, we are still more than 30 degrees high temperature, but here has entered the early autumn, the leaves have turned yellow, many people wear thick coats, The winds on the streets are cool. My room is very good, very clean and tidy, although not big, there are two large windows at the right corner, the window is the wind, the day is the FESTIVALUL DOR DE CHISINAU holiday, the festival venue is at the entrance of the hotel, many children fill in their own beautiful color on the plain color drawing board, The main stage is 100 meters outside the window. I can see this straight bustling road and the main stage at the end from the window. Later in the afternoon, young people sang and danced on the stage, and the night fell temporarily to the traditional singing and dance performance of middle-aged people. The square was filled with spectators who watched the show intently. Although the holiday was arranged at the end of June, the young female staff at the WIZZ AIR check-in counter at OTP Airport Bucharest, Romania, said that I did not have a Moldovan visa and did not give me a boarding pass, resulting in the cancellation of round-trip tickets and Bernardazzi Grand Hotel orders, and the loss of more than 1,500 RMB cannot be refunded. The city is not large in scale. People are restrained and disciplined but free of thought. They treat tourists kindly. Chocolate sugar is delicious and cheap. I finally tasted wine and delicious food in this wine hometown. I have a wish. Everything good I encountered here made me ignore the previous unpleasantness. The hotel bed was very comfortable. The time I spent here was short but very enjoyable. I hope to come again and visit the Milestii Mici wine cellar that stretches 200 kilometers underground.

KKuehGood location, situated right beside the Cathedral Park and other sights. Also walking distance from the bus to/fro airport, with central bus station a distance away, but still walkable.
Amazing facilities and amenities in the room. Great selection of equipments in the gym. Selection of buffet breakfast was also great.
The staff who checked me in, Daniela, deserves a special mention as she was really gave me a very warm welcome and took time to explain to me the different facilities provided by the hotel - thank you Daniela!

AAnonymous UserThey booked a hotel for a couple of days and paid for the app.As a result, when they arrived, we were offered 1 double bed , although the voucher indicated 2.Other visitors faced the same problem that day.That is, to solve the problem , which was created by the hotel management , the administrator and his assistant had to spend 1.5 hours! Plus the hotel is in inexpensive accurate rooms and polite staff.Minus and big is a staircase,i.e. if you have a suitcase,not a backpack,prepare to carry it yourself without an elevator.Thanks to the huge boy Sabina that brought us this suitcase on the first day at three Different rooms and on all floors until the administrator finally got us ahead of the room (probably the director didn't give good) with 2 separate beds as it was reserved and paid.There are carpets in the rooms, but are they needed? But the TV didn't work.Enabled, but the channels didn't show,thank you there is free Internet..., then to someone.. And don't forget to warn taxi drivers that before entering the hotel a high barrier , otherwise scratching the door.Very enjoyed breakfast and the food itself.Satisfactory and delicious.Overall a two-fold impression
