We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. There is a 7/11 around the corner and the Chong Nonsi BTS on its doorstep. Loved the swimming pool looking right at the King Power building. The room is very spacious, bathroom has shower and bathtub. Service was great!

Second time at this hotel and what drama it was. Having booked a more expensive room with a “city view”, arrived to find a room with no view except a concrete wall. I had asked reception to move me and instead of telling me the room she would move me to had many issues, she moved me and I spent most of the afternoon, having the lights fixed then the water heater replaced and ultimately got moved again! However, they did upgrade me to a premier suite. It was remarkably big but yet again no view…(the hotel should not sell the idea of city view). It’s not, you look onto concrete walls or other rooms. The location itself is really what sells this hotel. The pool is nice and at least closes a little late at 9pm. The suite they gave me was lovely but the shower is set up badly and there is no water stopper so the whole floor gets wet. The technicians fixing things and concierge is very good. I don’t think I will stay here again though.

Right across from Chong Nonsi subway, very convenient. But very disappointed with the room card system -- 3 times my card wouldn't open the door, they had to call an engineer to come with laptop to hack open the door. Staff also gave me 3 different cards to turn on the electricity -- none of them worked. Don't insult your customers by giving them something you know doesn't work :(

The room is good enough and worth for the price. Of course the structure is a bit old but is perfectly clean and the staff is very kind. Good buffet breakfast and nice swimming pool with a great spot. Location and services top.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. On my last night, a stranger got into my room TWICE at around 3:30am - 4am, first time, he opened the door the pee himself to the toilet floor, i was awoken cos of the strange sound made by him, I was terrified that someone who I dont know would be able to open my door without my keycard, I pushed him out of the door and shut the door again. 5 - 10 mins later, he was able to get into my room again and this time walked into the foyer of the room and spoke language I don't understand and I nearly needed to fight him off and shouted to him and pushed him out of the room, I was terrified and scared and put the chair against the door in case of any intruder. I called up the front desk and they said would let the security handled that but no update. On the morning, when I checked out, I complaint that to the front desk and she said she would investigate. The security and safety of the guest should be the number 1 priority as is a stranger could get into the room without my room key card, it's a very serious issue, and who knew who would get in and may be life threatening. My wrist got hurt when I pushed the intruder out of the room. The experience was terrible, and I felt so scared and insecure with such incident, which was totally unacceptable and it's absurd that the hotel could not provide a safe environment to their guest. 100% disappointment and this is something that any future guests or the hotel need to seriously look into this issue. As if a hotel could not provide a safe and secure environment to their guests, they should not be running/ operating.

very nice breakfast and staffs strategic location near to BTS station water pressure is low and hot water is not so hot

Location are perfect next to the chong nongsi bts station...very close to the main attraction...the room are quite huge but the things no sound proof since you can hear your neighbour gossiping...the water pressure also quite slow and difficult to adjust to hot water

Subject: Urgent Complaint – Extremely Poor Stay at I Residence Hotel - Silom (via Trip.com) Dear Trip.com Customer Service, I am writing to file a serious complaint regarding my recent stay at I Residence Hotel - Silom, booked via your platform. The experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. Upon arrival, the front desk staff were shockingly rude, unhelpful, and completely unprofessional. Instead of providing any assistance, they acted dismissively and with hostility. I was also asked to pay a very high deposit without any prior notice or reasonable explanation. The way this was handled felt inappropriate and unfriendly. The room itself was in terrible condition. It was dirty, smelly, and clearly lacked proper maintenance. The linens were stained, the bathroom was moldy, and the entire room had a foul odor. It was unhygienic and uncomfortable. Despite reporting these issues, the staff made no effort to assist. Even worse, the hotel manager defended the staff's behavior and refused to acknowledge any responsibility. The entire experience was deeply frustrating and far below what should be acceptable for any property listed on Trip.com. I trusted Trip.com’s platform when making this reservation, but the quality of this hotel was completely misrepresented. I believe your team should take this matter seriously and investigate accordingly. I respectfully request the following: An internal review of this property’s service and hygiene standards Removal or warning notice on this listing if repeated complaints are found Compensation (partial refund or Trip Coins) for this poor experience I hope Trip.com values guest feedback and will take appropriate action to protect future travelers from similar experiences. I had a pleasant stay and this hotel is one of hotel choices that I think you should try. The location is in the middle of the city and you can get to places that you want to go by just taking the metro. The breakfast was good. The staff were nice and friendly. The price is also affordable. With what I get it is really worth it.

The room was a bit outdated but the location is wonderful, the breakfast outstanding and the pool has a lovely view

The room is clean , good ammenities i check in a bit late due to flight time and they upgrade my room to another spacious room, it’s huge for solo woth reasonable price The pool view is the main highlight heree, very clean Please take note that this hotel required 2k bath

The location is good as it is just opposite the BTS station. There are plenty of restaurants n convenient stores around. Always book this hotel when travel to Bangkok.
