Room quality was average. What made it a 1 star was the bad sewerage water smell and especially the relentless mosquitoes. I had to kill over 20 of them but they kept coming and had bites throughout the night. The shower had a weird design where the entire floor would be flooded with water with a bathtub there but the hot water and pressure system was really good. TV channels don’t even work (along with Netflix). Internet was barely usable. Only good thing was the lobby design tbh

The hotel is very big. The room I booked is a bit big for one person. There are many food nearby. You can also rent a motorcycle and run around. It's comfortable! If it's sunny, the room is very comfortable. Recommended ~

Beautifully decorated room with bathtub, separate wet and dry zones, modern decoration, Jacuzzi in front, shady atmosphere, hair dryer provided, 4 pillows, comfortable bed, good value for money including breakfast, near Phakhun Intersection, cars can park both inside and outside.

Booked a deluxe suite, paid in advance via Trip.com, when arrived, they gave me a normal room. When asked, they said it was an accident. The suite I booked was already occupied. Very confusing. But the deluxe room I got was okay, but not very tidy. When I entered the room, there was less than half a bottle of shower gel left. They gave me only a small bottle. There was only 10% of the toilet paper roll left. There was no new roll left. It was difficult for the staff to call. Even though the counter was not far from the room, when I walked out, there was no one there. There were only 2 parking spaces inside. The rest were parked on the side of the road. Breakfast was okay, not much or too little. It is actually a small boutique hotel that is nice to stay in, but the management and service were not okay at all. Even though the hotel refunded the difference in the room rate, I was already disappointed. One time is enough.

We stayed at the hotel with our family (3 people) and rented a room with a veranda and a terrace (#1). The room smelled deliciously of cleanliness and freshness. The room consists of two rooms, 1 is a bedroom with a large bed, 2 is a veranda with glass glazing and 2 sofas, the child slept on the sofa (additional bed linen was provided). It is pleasant to sit on the veranda in the evening, it was very atmospheric and we did not want to go out. We slept well, the mattress was good, but the pillows were not comfortable. The breakfast was standard (egg, sausage or ham, salad and delicious coffee with a croissant). The White Temple is 10 km away. Overall, we liked everything, when visiting Chiang Rai, we will stay here. Thank you for the service and beautiful memories)

Small, pleasant and very quiet hotel. Excellent breakfast. It has a swimming pool and very friendly staff.

Best hotel of the entire trip to Thailand! Super helpful staff. Free transportation to and from the bus station! Simply WONDERFUL pool in the middle of a charming garden full of birds! Extremely comfortable beds (something rare in Thailand) with delicious sheets and towels! Extra pillows! Phenomenal breakfast! The person in charge of the administration was always incredibly kind! Good English and extra kindnesses like buying our bus tickets to Chiang Rai themselves! Thank you to everyone on the staff for this unforgettable stay (we were supposed to stay for one day and stayed for 3)! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The room was not very clean, there were a lot of hairs, there was not enough hot water, and the bath water was brown! My god!

Very nice, atmospheric hotel! The room is comfortable, convenient, clean. All the declared amenities are present. The staff is responsive. The highlight is a small pool with a recreation area. Upon check-in, they unexpectedly asked for a deposit of 500 baht. We gave it in full. We recommend it.

Everything was great, the service was super friendly. The only flaw would be that they should isolate the noise from the rooms since there are drywall walls and you can hear everything the guests say, plus the Russians are very noisy and don't let you sleep. It would be nice if they remodeled the shower, so a tub could fit in. But the hotel and the staff are very nice.

The room is clean, the staff is good, and the breakfast has a variety of choices.
