Very good new hotel, not much people, you can see river from balcony.

Good Service , Nice Breakfast

Well, it's okay, but you shouldn't expect too much, and it's a bit too expensive for the area.

The hotel is right across from the Mekong River and about a 5-minute drive from the night market. The water pressure in the hotel rooms was excellent, although the drain was a bit clogged. The air conditioning seemed to be on but not working properly; you'd need to ask the hotel for a fan. Each room has a terrace, which is perfect for smokers, as indoor smoking is prohibited in Thailand. The hotel pool is beautiful and great for taking photos. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but it was delicious, and there were two photo spots at the breakfast area, along with a very cute cat that responds when you talk to it 🥰. The hotel has parking for drivers, and the parking lot has many mango trees 😆

The cleanliness is unacceptable for a hotel of this size. The room is very dirty, the air conditioner is very loud, I thought it was raining. The view is good, the atmosphere is good. The furniture is new, beautiful, but dirty, and lacks maintenance. The staff, the part that impressed me was the auntie who prepared breakfast, smiling brightly, greeting very well. As for the staff who checked in (male) yesterday and female today, they need to be trained again. They did not greet, did not care, were very attached to their phones, just playing. We have been to hotels both in Thailand and abroad. I must say that this is the worst. Actually, you do not need to provide much service, just stand and watch, smile, that is enough. Do not ignore the guests like this. I admire the hotel for its design and selection of beautiful, modern, and unique materials, but unfortunately the service, maintenance, cleanliness, etc. are not good. I want it to be in service for a long time.

The view is beautiful, the room is not very clean, the staff is not very welcoming.

บริเวณที่พักค่อนข้างไม่เป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อย เราพักเป็นห้องบนตึก ห้องพักไม่ค่อยสะอาดเท่าไหร่ มีฝุ่นนิดหน่อย แต่ภาพรวมคือโอเคใช้ได้ มีอาหารเช้าให้ ที่นั่งทานอาหารเช้าบรรยากาศดี ติดน้ำโขง

ที่พักดีเงียบสงบมากมาเชียงคานช่วงหน้าฝน เดินทางไกลแวะทำงาน บรรยากาศชิวจริงๆ ห้องพักรอบนี้สะอาด น้องพนักงานดูแลดี อัธยาศัยดี อาหารเช้าที่นี่บริการแบบ a la carte เพราะช่วง Low season หรือหน้าฝน ลูกค้าค่อนข้างน้อย แต่บอกเลยชอบบรรยากาศที่นี่ สะดวกไม่ไกลถนนคนเดินห้องพักเยอะที่จอดรถกว้างไว้จะแวะมาอีกนะคะ

เตียงนอนนุ่มแต่หมอนไม่ยุบตัวให้นอนสบาย อาหารเช้าเป็นอลาคาร์ต ที่จอดรถเยอะมาก ได้ห้องวิวสวย มองดูสายน้ำอันสวยงามได้ไม่เบื่อเลยกับสายฝนโปรยปราย
