i am so surprised staying hotel i have been to Huzhou several times , as my experiences it is best. Speaking chinese is problem, so 管家小娜 is added my wechat. When i send wechat, 管家小娜 take care of special services. Before arrive hotel, 管家小娜 cantact to me i can enroll my car as well. i am satisfied 😆

Specially booked this to watch the new year eve fireworks at taihu ancient town. Hotel is located opposite the ancient town but there is not much else in the area. Room is big and clean. Breakfast has a good variety.

We had a pleasant and a wonderful stay at Longemont. Great view of the fireworks from our room. Xiao Wei helped us right from the check in. As we don't speak Chinese, Xiao Wei faciliated communication through we chat and promptly addressed all our queries to complete satisfaction. He also provided valuable suggestions during the stay to use our time productively as we stayed at the hotel only for a night. Hotel is Highly recommended for stay.

We are a family of 3 who stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel has a penguin enclosure at its lobby and is a favourite for kids. There are also kids' train rides and car rides at the lobby. Our room had a good view of the old town and fireworks at night. But aside from these, the hotel does not match up to its title of a 5-star hotel. - There was no warm welcome or good service during our stay. - The curtains are not black-out curtains, so you will get woken up by the brightness outside at 5am. - The lifts and carpets at the corridor are often dirty and not cleaned well. Not just litter, but large chunks of dust. - Cleaning of our room the next day made it even more dirty. The cleaner just brings the dust of one room into another room. Highly suggest for the hotel to change the type of mop/ broom used. - The restaurant where we had breakfast does not provide fork and knife and said they do not have these cutlery when we requested for it. They only have chopsticks and porcelain spoons. This shows that they are not ready for international tourists.

Hotel manager was extremely helpful, she spoke English and tried her best to help us at foreigners. It was a great experience. Linen could have been changed daily, but other than that, it was great!

The room is quite big and the view is also very good. You can see part of the fireworks in the ancient town. The housekeeper Xiaozhi is very considerate and informed the performance time of the ancient town. The breakfast is also quite good, with many varieties and good taste.

The view from the balcony is amazing😍 Maybe because we went in the off-season, the hotel was empty and check-in was smooth👍 The room was average😁 But the fireworks at night were amazing!😍 I've never seen fireworks that big before, and since they were so close, we could hear the powerful sound😍

It is quiet to sleep at night. It is also convenient to park by car. The parking lot is super large. The buffet breakfast is very rich. It is in the super large view restaurant on the top floor. The window position is very good. It is very close to visit the ancient town at night. You can walk a little across the road. I also watched the iron flower performance and had snacks and dinner in the ancient town. It is a bit expensive and tastes average. During the day, I went to the city to climb Renhuang Mountain and visited Yishang Street. Yishang Street is very good. There are many old-fashioned food and Internet celebrity snacks. The Linshui Ancient Street behind is beautiful for taking pictures. The next morning, I also visited the Dragon Dream Bonsai Garden next to the ancient town. It was just in time for the winter plum blossoms to bloom and the garden was full of fragrance.

Two days before check-in, the housekeeper Xiaobao had already added WeChat and told me how to enter the parking lot and find the hotel. He also sent me the official program of the park, which allows you to check various venues, tickets, attractions, etc. It is very comprehensive. During this period, I asked the housekeeper Xiaobao several times, and the replies were very timely. Great👍. The ancient town is opposite the room, which is very convenient for watching fireworks! There is also a bathtub in the room, and the children like to take a bath in the bathtub. It is also very convenient to go to various attractions, and there is a shuttle bus in the basement!

The room was ordinary, relatively small, and had no bathtub. The advantage was that you could watch the fireworks from the balcony of the room, although the room I was assigned was not the main view and I failed to take pictures of the colorful clouds. You can see penguins in the hotel, and there are penguins in the lobby. The housekeeper Xiaona was responsible and took the initiative to add WeChat, inform the parking location and various precautions, and also helped to apply for a children's breakfast.

I researched several hotels before booking and finally chose Dragon Dream Ancient Town Fireworks Room. I was not disappointed. I took my parents out for a trip during the Chinese New Year. The hotel is in a great location, just opposite the Taihu Ancient Town and within walking distance. The fireworks at night were absolutely stunning. This alone is worth the hotel room price. As for the hotel, the lobby is very large, and the penguins are a highlight. The number of guests during the Chinese New Year was very large, and the hotel was somewhat overwhelmed, but every service staff member still tried their best to serve.
