房間設備很差，衞生差，洗手盆旁邊發黴，臟兮兮的，前台也沒有。房間衞生紙，毛巾，浴巾沒有，沐浴露啥也沒有，整體過於簡陋，洗澡水從衞生間流到過道，真的避雷，頭一次碰到這種酒店。找不到地方，在樓下轉了幾圈

入住感覺太差，因為給了差評還直接拉黑，真是給長沙丟臉，要紙沒有，洗髮水沐浴露不給，住三天，牙刷牙膏衹有一天的，訂1.8米的床衹給1.8米的，大半夜的説不滿意就取消走人，態度極差，以後長沙之行不可能選這家了，大家可以斟酌一下！

訂房的時候是1.8米，入住的時候是1.5米，向老闆反應，就是讓取消，大半夜的讓取消，沒有衞生紙，反映後，直到離開都沒得，大晚上停電，沒有沐浴露洗髮水，牙膏沒有了讓老闆添一些，反正沒有後續，所以大家千萬別到這家來住，樓上的暖心閣，雅樂軒，設施差不多，服務好得多，價格也便宜很多，沒必要在這家花錢找氣受！
