Just came back from Changsha and must post passionately about this hotel! I originally booked this room because it was ”5 minutes' walk to May Day Square”, but I was so impressed by its unexpected service details that I didn't want to leave! ! The lady at the front desk was so gentle that it felt like living in my bestie's house! From handing us hot towels at the door to helping us move our luggage, everything was done in one go. When we casually mentioned that our clothes were dirty, we were immediately told that they could help with the laundry, etc. It was a really joyful experience during the trip. To say that this service attitude is Haidilao-style is an understatement! The exclusive unboxing gift package for girls shocked me! Neatly arranged in front of the makeup mirror are the following: individually packaged makeup remover wipes/face towels/compressed bath towels, even hair bands/breast stickers/nail files and various cosmetics for you to choose from.
