Lovely hotel in a great location. Friendly professional and very helpful staff. The rooms were spotless and the beds provided a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was freshly made with great variety. We would happily recommend Yeenjoy Hotel.

Everything is good. Room is clean, spacious and soundproof is good, located right next to 潮宗街, it’s very convenient for travel around.
Only a small issue with the aircon control panel sometimes is not working properly. Need to give it a check. Overall it’s a very good stay!

Room was fantastic! Staff tried their best to communicate and assist wherever they could. The hotel is setback from the Main Street slightly so Will have to walk you bag to the building. A slight distance away from the subway station as well.
Heaps of people visit this location and it’s very popular with tourists.

房間一開始訂錯訂成雙床套房，而且入住才發現，都沒辦法修改了，前台非常熱心、禮貌、迅速的提供幾個解決方案給我們，我覺得這樣的服務素質非常高！早餐時間考量到長沙夜生活豐富，居然到一點！讓我很驚訝這樣的人性化。
酒店位置也很好，樓下吃喝、店鋪一點點，滿足了即時需求，又不會吵！
整個環境就是很文青，住膩了「傳統酒店裝修」的人，選擇這裏着實令人感覺温馨、有格調。
床舒適、雖然不喜戴森吹風機，但這裏配備戴森也算是媲美五星酒店規格，桌面是帶燈梳粧鏡也讓我訝異，因為我每次都要自己攜帶摺疊化粧鏡，這真的是對住宿顧客的需求觀察入微。
衹能説這個價格相比於五星酒店2-3000起到套房來説，體驗感是超出預期的！

服務：服務也不錯
設施：空調不能自己調 多數熱死 後台調了 就凍死、 賊不舒服
環境：酒店主題暗黑風格 整個房間都是黑黑的 不夠明亮 套房倒是挺寬敞的 就是控制開關 晚上睡眠模式的時候 也是亮着的 對小寶寶睡覺不是很友好
最讓我無語的是早餐 説是早上8點到下午1點
但是早餐衹有粉 沒有其他的 這對於很多不吃粉的人來説 非常不友好 連饅頭這些都沒有
贈送的下午茶還不錯 那個冰淇淋很好吃😋
