All good, the service and the accomodation. Room is clean, and also spacious. The staffs hotel were very kind and professional. Safe and secure. Mr. Eric is so helpful eventho I can't speak Chinese. He was so nice and try to communicate with me.

在長沙玩了三天，在這裏也住了三天，首先，先下結論，這家是我住過的最差的智選假日，下面展開説説為什麼差
1.早餐，早餐説的是營業到10點 我9.30到達的時候 粉就已經沒有了，其餘的東西也是剩餘的剩 空的空，沒有説有及時補上
2.房間的空調無論你怎麼調 房間温度都是25度，打電話給了前台，前台也無法解決，最後衹能邊開空調邊吹了三個晚上的風扇，真的很無語
3.房間進門就是一股黴味夾雜着煙味，異味很大，我反正懷疑是地毯長時間沒有清潔導致的散發出來的味道，叫了阿姨打掃反饋了這個問題，阿姨也無能為力，衹能噴空氣清新劑，好了一個小時異味又出來了
4.房間的洗澡的熱水，一會水冷一會水熱，然後洗澡的花灑居然有的房間是漏水的，我不明白這種細節應該在這個等級的酒店是不應該出現的
5.點了個外賣，外賣小哥説衹能放前台等機器人送讓我等一會，我説好的沒問題，然後這一等就是半個小時。。。我也是真的很無語，衹能打電話催促然後就立馬上來了。
6.在攜程訂房的時候，説的是什麼河景房，然後面積是40-45平方米的房間，河是沒看到的，房間大小我感覺也沒有攜程描述的那麼大，估計35那個樣子還是有的
總結:酒店的位置比較偏僻，如果不是開車來的話不推薦，硬件設施維護得一言難盡，不是這個等級的酒店該有的表現。最後附圖長沙美食，和酒店無關

品牌酒店，所以設施很好。本應周圍環境熱鬧方便，衹是當前經濟不夠好而人氣降低了。但住酒店是為床很舒適，停車方便。值得特別感謝大堂服務人員！

酒店的位置雖然離市中心不是很近，但樓下就是超市，離四里坪夜市也很近。房間比較寬敞，樓層較高，視野開闊，適合朋友圍窗而坐。衞生間不大，但也夠用了，花灑出水很順暢，床一如既往的舒適。前台服務生的溝通和應變能力還需要提升，一個簡單的補房差的工作翻來覆去的説不明白，入住效率實在是太低了。
