如家商旅酒店體驗很贊。工作人員服務熱情，有問必答，周到又及時。洗衣服務方便，操作簡單還快，不用等很久。健身房設施夠用，旅途中能簡單鍛鍊。
最方便的是位置，離橘子洲頭、嶽麓山都近，出門逛景區省時間。整體很滿意，下次來還會選。

拿了個毛巾蜘蛛爬手上，房間鏡子直接對着床！！！再加上空調也是正對床頭，這個設計真是挺特別，是想讓睡到半夜被吹的頭疼不清醒的時候照照鏡子麼？隔音也是差的要死，睡到半夜聽到貓一直在叫離了個大譜，要不是特種兵暴走了一天，真想連夜跑路😡😡😡😡

房門關不嚴，必須用力關門才行！！
這邊酒店客房打掃到下午兩點結束了，下午晚上沒有客房打掃服務（具體我不清楚，但其他酒店晚上也是有客房打掃服務的吧）

房間空調不管用，聲音極大，開了一晚上的空調一點用沒有，去跟前台反應，前台也沒有辦法，説部分空調就是這樣，製冷差，廁所門把手也是壞的希望避雷
