一開門整個房間很重的煙味，地毯全是燙的煙洞，很糟糕的感覺，出去吃個飯打開窗散散味道，回來之後還是很重的煙味，第二天起床感覺整個人都被煙味醃入味了，頭髮也是一股煙味，換下的睡衣煙味簡直讓我窒息，這個房間之前到底經歷了什麼，這麼糟糕還讓客户入住，真的是迄今為止住過最糟糕的酒店

停車方便，酒店配有大型地下停車場。房間還不錯，乾淨衞生，沒有異味，就是面積略微小了一點，床墊和電視距離有點近。衞生整體做的還是很不錯的，洗澡水温度適宜，隔音很好。前台的小姐姐很熱情，服務態度很好。就是洗手間的玻璃沒有窗簾，退房時前台小姐姐告訴我是磨砂開關。弄得我尷尬了好久，整體感覺還是不錯的，體驗感很好，下次來長沙還會選擇這裏，必須優質好評！一直信賴維也納～
