第一次入住，看到網上評分高，靠近地鐵很方便。來長沙就訂了，果然很不錯呀，前台服務很好很熱情，必須點個贊[強]
免費升級了房型，東西都是一次性的，房間乾淨舒適，床很舒服，陽光不錯，也很安靜，早餐也很方便，樓下就有
最後停車也挺方便的，還能免費停車，下次還會來的，值得推薦

我同事推薦我來住的，真心差， 房間一進去有股黴味 ，帶孩子慎選，上午做高鐵到的長沙，本來帶着孩子就不是很方便，打電話到前台説是房間沒打掃出來讓叫1點辦理入住，1點半左右辦入住前台服務員態度不好，沒有笑容 説話態度一點都沒有服務意識，讓遊客心裏很不舒服，入住酒店不是受氣去的，不友好 不推薦，也不會再選擇！

環境一般，前台服務態度不好，白天要退房前讓他們讓前台送個東西，答應了半天不來，語氣不好，好幾次都讓我白跑了好幾趟，最後事情沒辦成還説是我的問題，完全就是大爺

從不輕易給酒店差評，這次的印象非常差，回來之後一直在忙，訂酒店時發現還為評價，不建議各位住這個酒店
1、酒店位置非常難找，牌子不明顯，我和朋友中午在樓下吹着風找了半天，最後打電話給酒店前台，前台自己都説的含糊不清，我請問你們自己也不知道酒店在哪嗎？
2、進入電梯非常的舊，感覺很危險，像是沒人維護過的，安全係數很低。
3、到了前台，前台那兩位的服務也是堪憂，第一，我們到了面前才站起來接待，都在低頭玩手機。第二，站起來後説的話特別的不專業，含含糊糊説了一堆廢話，因為我對味道很敏感，男的嘴裏一股煙味，整個人看着就很油膩，女的也很難評，看起來真不像兩個前台，像是來兼職的，我真的很懷疑酒店那些好評是刷的。
4、進入房間後，房間不大且窗户很小，網速不快，打個遊戲會延時，水温不好調試，要麼燙要麼冷，隔音不好。
總之從一開始就非常差，最後退房我直接把卡放桌上了，不想跟他們多溝通一句
