Nice hotel apartment with good amenities. Service is friendly. The entrance can be a little difficult to locate because it is on the "basement" level for pedestrians and cars. For pedestrians, go to the iCity Mall of the POFO/Modena building and use the escalator (downward) situated beside the 'Heytea" store [which is onthe ground floor]. From there, follow the Modena signs for the hotel entrance.
The breakfast is very varied and good. It is located on the top floor (43) so the views are fantastic. The closest metro stations are about 10-15 minutes walk, which is ok in cooler temperatures but not Beth nice in the summer. If you use taxis/Didi, then that shouldn't matter.
I would recommend this hotel.

Highly overall experience was excellent, thanks to the outstanding staff who provided attentive and professional service.
Front Desk (Jasper, Ellie, Jenny): Extremely professional and detail-oriented, ensuring all my needs were met promptly.
Housekeeping (周娟): Went above and beyond—friendly, proactive, and resolved issues swiftly. When I reported an unpleasant odor, they immediately replaced all bedsheets and pillows without delay.
Engineering (王秀杰): aided with the technical problem surfaced by the air conditioning, offering alternative solution when it couldn't be solved immediately.
Despite minor room issues, the team’s dedication and problem-solving attitude made my stay truly comfortable.

The location is close to shops, and restaurants, the room was clean and tidy, with all the basic amenities needed just. Night view was great.
Staffs were friendly and helpful. The breakfast located at top floor overlooking the city, very good.

Very satisfied with our stay, living room, dining area, kitchen, just like a home and even managed to cook a couple of times. Is near to tourists attractions too, there is also a mall and plenty of eateries around.

Second time staying here. Location is pretty good. Walkable to five one square. There is a huge mall connected to the hotel. The view is worth the price but the price is so affordable.

Excellent room, very spacious. Breakfast was very deixou à with salad buffet, Hunan noodles and spices, fried noodles one day, fried rice another day, several juice options, coffee and some cakes .
Swimming pool is 25 m long, opens from 09:00 until 22:00. Sauna às well. Gym is 24h and you just need to use your room card to open the door.
Highly recommended stay for families.

Stayed with the hotel each time when I visited Changsha. Very satisfied with every single stay. Central location with good view of the city, but still quiet. Excellent room services, staffs are very friendly and willing to help (they also have a cute room service robot that delivers your orders to the room). Well equipped gym, with access to pool, sauna and steam room. Great value for money, will absolutely book it again next time when I am in Changsha.
