Good place to stay, away from the bustling pedestrian street but still a lot of places to eat at the foot of the building. Room is big, very clean and bed is comfortable. Bathroom is clean and efficient. The only thing is that it is a bit dark, lights placement is a bit weird but it’s okay! Overall it is a very good place

Close to Railway Station which keeps you connected to other parts of the city as well as the HSR. Amenities are good, and as pictured. The staff are wonderful and friendly.
The rooms could use some work. They seem unclean due to holes in the ceiling, or under the bathroom vanity. Also, on the website there was non-smoking rooms available. However, this is not the case. All rooms are smoking.

The cleaning lady on the fourth floor was extremely polite and helpful, and she kept the room very clean.
This hotel was the best I've stayed in on this trip. I loved the design, the clean rooms, and the friendly service, especially from the front desk staff.
