房間衞生不乾淨 床上有很多頭髮 給老闆發了視頻 老闆半個小時才過來 這都還好 後面出去買東西 密碼又打不開 老闆又重新發密碼 大熱天 在門外等十幾分鍾 跟老闆發幾句牢騷 老闆説能進出就行 這樣的服務態度真是醉了

入住體驗感真的非常差
1.酒店在小區裏面，小區有門禁沒卡刷進不去，衹能叫保安開，保安有的時候根本不理人
2. 沒有前台，要加微信發個人訊息發過去辦入住，辦完入住，交完按金後，諮詢其他問題客服根本就不理人了
3.衞生間沒有排氣扇和暖風，洗完澡衞生間全是積水，根本幹不了，上廁所都差點滑倒
4.熱水衹能洗20分鐘，超過20分鐘水就涼了
5.客服態度真的特別差，辦完入住發消息諮詢，從來都不回，按金我是轉賬給他，退房查房後，他一直不給退，微信問他什麼時候退，不回消息，打電話直接掛我電話，找了攜程平台投訴他才退按金。
真的給人感覺很差！

酒店環境很好，房間光線充足，現在長沙天氣還是蠻好的不是很冷也不是很熱，早上起來陽光照射房間很舒適，房間還可以做飯，找阿姨拿廚具就可使用，酒店離五一廣場也挺近，外出也挺方便，很贊！下次去玩還會選擇城南小陌，以後都不用為住宿問題困擾，強烈推薦[強]

設施：設施挺齊全的，配了洗衣機，還有廚房用品，想自己做飯可以安排。附近挺方便，可買菜。離五一廣場比較近，性價比高。
衞生：衞生乾淨整潔。
環境：環境不錯，靠小區的帶陽台，可以小酌一杯，不過這次沒訂到陽台房，訂的陽光房，剛好這幾天天氣不錯，曬曬太陽。
服務：掌櫃的挺熱情，阿姨也挺好，民宿是半自助形式的。半夜到的，給掌櫃的打電話，馬上就給安排房號和門鎖密碼。
整體都不錯的，值得推薦。
