太離譜了，住這個酒店算是住上自助酒店了，不論是辦入住還是退房、還是問停車場在哪，前台都完全沒人的，而且在線聯繫也聯繫不到……插卡取電是接觸不良的，一會斷電要起來去重新插卡。空調也不好用，凍**了……前台沒人想找人處理都找不到

房間乾淨，前台服務不錯。酒店位置超好，離地鐵站不遠，去哪裡都方便，尤其馬路對面就是洋湖濕地公園的李子健美術館和謝子龍影像館，薈聚和洋湖水街也不遠。挺好的！
