My toilet choked so called the male staff on night duty. Told him abt it and he said will passed me the plunger so I asked him u expected me to do mysel?. He replied if u can't then we can HELP you. I was angry and told him off finally arranged someone to "Help" me. There is 谚语 : 一粒老鼠屎，搞坏一锅粥 and because of him

The service was good and the room is clean. Location of hotel is easily accessed to walking streets. The train station was within walking distance.

I had a very pleasant time at this hotel, the location is very nice and you reach many locations easily. The rooms are also in a very good condition and very clean. So if you are travel to Changsha I can really recommend you to stay in this hotel!

Hotel location and front desk staffs are very good. Room is clean but floor needs to upgrade. Only 1 lift serving all floors. Quite a surprise. Overall not bad.
