酒店和其他寫字樓公用一個大堂，裏面跟菜市場一樣，亂糟糟的，地板濕滑，酒店兩個電梯，要等好久、不合理；工作人員忙不過來，也沒有認真聽取顧客訴求，給安排靠馬路房間，噪音大，睡眠不好！

前台差評，2024年3月20日晚10點多，前台服務太差，每次來長沙就住你家，點個外賣不讓外賣員上樓送讓機器人在送，在樓下足足放20多分鐘將近半個小時沒送上樓，人家外賣員10幾公里半個多小時就送來了，你家機器人樓上樓下送這麼慢嗎？飯都涼了怎麼吃？

環境：周邊比較雜亂，酒店在15-19層，附近很低檔，門口全是車，地很臟，不適合商務接待旅行。
衞生：很多灰塵和毛髮，衞生搞得很差，是我住這麼多亞朵酒店最差的一個地方，來了一次不再住第二次！
交通：離市中心很遠，打車到火車站要70元錢，非常遠，不適合商務和旅遊。
唯一方便的就是樓下的粉還不錯，好吃。小吃很多樓下，但基本都是粉為主。
服務不太好，不是亞朵酒店的標準。可能是代理商開的，不是直營店。比上次來長沙住的國金中心店的服務、衞生要低三四個檔次。
