I have stayed for 3 nights in ramada changsha downtown. AMY & STEVE ZENG offered me early checkin that too superior room instead of regular.
Even they graced me 3 hours late checkout.
Iam heartly thankfulll All the staff especially AMY & STEVE ZENG

The room was very nice, especially the shower! It was big and spacious with a good sized table to work on.
Thanks to the staff members Amy and Steve, they were both so nice and very helpful.
Breakfast that was included was good and there is a coffee machine. Location is right beside a metro station, Starbucks and a 7-eleven.

Excellent hotel. We were flying from Changsha so stayed here for 1 night. It's on the road straight out to the airport and took us only 30 minutes by car. They upgraded the room for free to the one with bath and Japanese table set. It's next to a shopping centre and lots of fruit shops and restaurants around.

這次入住有被驚喜到，房間乾淨比較寬敞，酒店的洗護用品，真的很好用，樓上還有免費的健身房和洗衣房很方便，外賣也有機器人送上來，門口打車也很方便，整體很不錯。

這次入住體驗很不錯，房間乾淨，比較整潔，前台幫忙升級房型，點的外賣有機器人送上來，很方便，房間衞生間設計都是乾濕分離的，酒店附近打車都很方便，步行六七分鐘就有個地鐵站，樓下還有一家茶顏悦色，昨天很不錯。
