前台女生服務冷漠、效率低下，多次投訴，問題也未能得到 有效或及時的解決。：掀開被子發現枕頭上有明顯的黃色污漬、床單有破洞且起球嚴重、被芯發黃。這讓我對酒店的清潔標準和基本衞生保障產生了嚴重懷疑。
