The hotel is at a strategic location. The metro station is just in front of the hotel making it easy to travel to other places. Hotel room is modern with smart toilet. The first room we got had smoking smell but the staff was quick to move us to another room. Thumb up for their service. Breakfast was good with lots of varieties. It was slightly crowded during check in time due to group check in. But still Highly recommended.

很差的一次酒店體驗！
預訂的時候房型的介紹視頻是小童房佈置，小孩子也是衝著佈置選了這個房型，入住的時候就是普通的房間，沒有任何佈置，滿臉的失望，第一時間給前台打電話反映了情況，前台自己都搞不清，態度敷衍，讓我們等酒店回覆，帶着娃等了半天得不到迴應！沒辦法衹能找攜程客服反映情況，酒店這才給我們回覆，説是佈置給了其他家庭房！沒法給我們佈置了！
對這家酒店的感受就是，服務態度差，酒店房型宣傳視頻和實際不服，虛假宣傳！
大家來長沙旅遊，尤其是帶娃的，一定要避雷這家酒店！
