房間設施完備，而且很合理，用的紙質量也很好。前台人員非常周到，看到人來馬上倒茶，而且會暖心提醒一些注意事項。但是二樓的電梯出口有點小坡度，進出時會讓人踉蹌一下。還有門口的停車區，一個車停在路口，車輪也沒打正，讓車進出有點考技術。

強烈推薦，來芒果看演唱會的首選酒店！位置極好，高鐵站出來地鐵半小時左右就可以到酒店，酒店去芒果館步行十來分鐘，周圍夜宵聖地。酒店設施環境良好，服務熱情周到，晚上回酒店水果酸奶已經放在桌上，還送了貼心的伴手禮，裏面有小吃、冰袖、扇子等等。
