首先一進門的感覺還比較眼前一亮，但走進看地板和衞生間的污漬沒有清理，好像是打掃了又沒有打掃一樣，床單被褥有小蟲子爬，我晚上躺下去就要被咬一下，衹能自己清理乾淨才好一些，被子還有點濕，底下墊的棉晚上很熱開低温度才好，在着衞生間是沒有紙的，投屏器也得花錢看，衞生間花灑是有不乾淨的水漬的，廁所瓷磚臟，地板也臟，一股味道，沙發套上基本上都是污漬，一股味道

房間佈局不是很合理，重點是廁所佈局，洗漱台在門後。除此之外我覺得可以有正常高度的桌子，屋內衹有茶几。作為民宿，配備了洗衣機，但沒有洗衣用品，和進門的灶台一樣形同虛設（這一點是針對我個人感受）。因為雙床房滿了，所以加了40元換成了兩間大床房，另一間的佈局也相近，都有類似問題。沒有客房打掃服務，牙具需要去前台拿。女性前台態度很好。

l酒店位置很好，位於德思勤附近，周邊比較方便，吃住都很方便，酒店性價比很高，核心的位置，住到這麼核心的位置，真的是太nice了，房間衞生很乾凈，服務也很不錯，為前台的小妹妹點贊，下次還會來住，強烈推薦

酒店的地段很方便，靠近的事情，商場而且周邊有很多吃東西的地方。酒店屬於公寓型酒店，整體的配套設施風格還可以，而且還有投影儀。值得推薦。
