周邊吃喝玩樂很豐富。sera提前聯繫給安排好房間，雖然不是官網預訂依然給了滿滿的會員禮遇，點贊。床品一如既往的舒服。空調聲音有點點，建議改善。早餐很好，保持。

帶媽媽來長沙玩又來住洲際，謝謝客房部（趙？）秀平姐姐的服務，幫我們換了藍牙電池，滿足我們很多住宿需求，媽媽很滿意，也謝謝入住和退房時候的兩個大堂前台工作人員，溝通很順暢。不過還是有一點想説，雖然是非吸煙樓層，但房間還是有隱隱的陳舊煙味，希望空氣凈化可以做的更好些。

長沙北辰洲際酒店：一次刷新底線的糟糕體驗
入住長沙北辰洲際酒店前，對“洲際”品牌還抱有幾分信任，沒想到這趟旅程徹底暴露了這家酒店的管理混亂與服務傲慢。
先説最影響體驗的隔音問題。深夜能清晰聽到隔壁房間的交談聲，走廊裏的腳步聲、推車聲更是毫無阻礙地穿透房門，整夜被噪音折磨得難以入眠。向前台反映後，得到的回覆衹是“酒店入住率高，我們也沒辦法”，連基本的歉意和改進方案都沒有。
更令人心驚的是泳池的安全隱患。泳池邊緣的防滑墊多處翹起，水下照明忽明忽暗，岸邊連基本的救生工具都擺放不齊全。詢問工作人員時，對方竟不耐煩地説“一直這樣，沒出過事”，這種對客人人身安全的漠視實在讓人不寒而慄。
最離譜的是退房糾紛。預訂時明確確認是下午2點退房，結果中午12點不到，房間突然停水。打電話詢問，前台輕描淡寫地説“管道維修，要停4小時”，當我們提出按約定時間退房時，對方直接改口：“停水了沒法住，建議您現在辦理退房。”這分明是用停水當藉口趕人，完全無視預訂約定和客人權益。
作為一家標榜高端的酒店，長沙北辰洲際在隔音、安全、服務契約精神上的表現都一塌糊塗。所謂的“洲際品質”在這裏盪然無存，衹想提醒各位旅行者：避雷！別讓一次糟糕的住宿毀掉你的長沙之行。

很好很喜歡，看大堂就知道一個酒店的舒適度，挺舒服的睡的很好，江景房離湘江很近，晚上的夜景很漂亮，下次來長沙的話，還會選擇。另外酒店房間很貼心的有掛耳咖啡，低因和正常的兩種選擇

長沙北辰洲際酒店應該算是在長沙非常不錯的去酒店了，這次出差剛到達酒店就遇到歌手欄目組出行，酒店內管理還是很不錯的即便好幾個藝人出入秩序仍然控制的很好！補充一句本人不追星，剛好遇到隨手拍了一張照，要追衹追人民子弟兵！前台工作人員（圖一）非常專業，積極溝通行程還主動試問樓層喜好進行調配點贊👍！酒店周邊就有長沙博物館，長沙城市展廳、長沙音樂廳！另外酒店出門就是湘江綠道沿河跑步也是非常棒，值得推介的酒店！
