這家酒店位置便利，房間乾淨整潔，服務熱情周到主要是賓客關係Lynn在我入住前打電話加了微信，到店較早房間還沒有打掃出來，也在儘量安排，後面房間好了也發訊息給我説可以辦入住，非常體貼，設施完善，入住體驗極佳。強烈推薦給追求品質住宿的朋友！

酒店大堂的設計獨具匠心，典雅的裝飾和舒適的休息區讓人頓感放鬆。工作人員非常熱情地迎接我們，微笑如春風拂面，前台Serein在為我們辦理入住的過程高效而順暢，得知我們來旅遊特地給我們安排了位置很好的江景房。辦理完入住後禮賓部的Nolan熱情的接過了我們的行李，給我們介紹了酒店的佈局，一路送我們到了電梯。期待下次入住！

房間有個陽台，這點很滿意，可以打開門通通風，也可以看到湘江的景色，酒店的早餐也挺豐富。唯一不足的是吹風機實在太差勁，更換一下會更好。禮賓部裴新、楊帆的服務很好。

滿意的入住，一起訂了兩間房，辦理入住的前台Ola都幫我們安排了江景房，分北向和南向，風景都不錯，有一間房面積比較大，離江邊很近，辦完入住也會指引我們電梯和早餐的位置。
