這家酒店很新。我住的是商務房大床。落地窗可以看到長沙南站美景。離地鐵火車站不是很遠，但也不很近，大約800多米遠。洗手間房間馬桶很奇葩，會倒流別人屎尿回來，怎麼沖都會再出來，黃黃的還有屎粒，大便應該是樓上或樓下的，從管道里流出來的。前台工作人員應該早知道此事。希望他們能改進。
