整體還行，但有些細節得給個“差評”。Tina服務貼心，禮賓小哥也勤快。前台Keely太好了，總是笑盈盈的。因為行程安排，需要延遲一點退房，謝謝Renon的安排。但是貴酒店的溝通還得加強啊，希望響應事情能快一點。多上點心關心客人。

來玩，然後第1個晚上還好。爬完山回來很累，有蟑螂，酒店説不信，後來拍了照片，沒有道歉半句，覺得換房間已經覺得自己很棒，給了多大的恩賜，然後沖涼沖了一半熱水停了，沒有見過這樣的萬豪，我兩個房間2個晚上一起打差評，希望大家避雷。
希望不再住萬豪全系列，迴歸不爭氣的洲際

1000左右的房間，馬桶不是智能的無所為，但是在不智能的馬桶上增加一個智能馬桶蓋直接等於畫蛇添足，沖水還要手動，增加一個不匹配的馬桶蓋後馬桶坐感彆扭，布草更是廉價產品，不親膚也算了，被罩床單冰冷僵硬無法入睡，牙具吹風機更是廉價難用，衞生也不夠細緻，床頭一股煙味，床單上發現細小的煙絲，浴袍穿在身上感覺跟穿了3件大衣一樣承重，第一次住酒店沒有睡好。服務還是很不錯的值得表揚，早餐也還可以，但這樣的房間體驗跟200的經濟性酒店沒有區別。

房間不錯，環境也好，主要管家 tina的服務真的很好。有什麼問題和她説，立刻就有迴應和貼心處理辦法。
因為早班飛機比較早到，她也提前安排好房間。
中間去哪裡玩，也諮詢了她。都非常詳細介紹。
酒店門口就是地鐵，去各個景點也十分方便。
湖南菜好吃。下次再來住這家。
酒店設施有泳池，大寶也超愛游泳。

來長沙旅行時，正好發現一家新開的萬豪酒店，就決定來體驗一下。果然萬豪出品有保障！雖然是新開業，但房間裏完全沒有裝修味道，這一點真的很驚喜。
地理位置也十分方便，酒店門口就是地鐵站，去五一廣場、橘子洲頭都很便捷，地鐵幾站就到，打車大概15-20分鐘。房間面積很大，設施齊全，裝修風格比一般的萬豪酒店更精緻一些，性價比很高。同樣的價格，喜來登就顯得有點舊了，所以這次住萬豪非常滿意。
特別要誇一下前台的June，服務熱情周到；客房的大姐們也很有禮貌，每次遇到都會微笑打招呼，讓人感覺很温暖。
