衞生很好，各個部門的服務員態度也很好。因為是新開的，到哪裡都粒粒靚，體驗感很好。如果再來長沙還會來這裏住。推薦五樓中餐廳，粵菜口味，非常正宗

門口的小哥哥熱情微笑服務！前台高效態度好，而且免費升級房型！住宿條件環境一流！窗外夜景很美！第二天的早餐種類繁多味道很好！交通便利！離地鐵站很近，叫車也很方便，去嶽麓山書院也就十幾分鍾。

酒店位置不錯。樓下就是地鐵2號線。去哪裡都很方便。
早餐不錯。個人特別喜歡熱檔。熱檔的服務員也相當熱情。下午茶和歡樂時光尚可吧。
房間面積雖然不夠大。但是好在設計不錯。衞生乾淨。
也要感謝前台緹娜很熱情。為客人着想。

酒店前台對萬豪集團顧客私隱政策嚴重不瞭解，未能保護客户私隱
酒店異味非常嚴重，乾淨程度一般，算良好
入住酒店需先坐電梯到幾十層的前台，再走很長一段路換乘電梯入客房，也就是説每次上樓下樓或拿外賣都需要換乘2部電梯才可成功到達一樓

這次的長沙之行，選擇新開的嶽麓萬豪，給了我們一家非常好的體驗！酒店全新的，這次要特別感謝一位叫“Tina”的前台，根據我們的需求大床房換成了雙床房，為我們升級了房間，湖景很棒！感覺超好！房間很大很乾凈！設施很棒！早餐的就餐環境一流，菜品也相當豐富！這次的長沙之旅很完美！
