現在親子出遊更喜歡選擇民宿。這家民宿內部環境舒服，給人古典又帶清雅！
衞生：乾淨！整潔！
設施：房間面積不大，但格局分明！睡房和小客廳設計為獨立空間，雖然每個空間不算很大，但睡房的雙人床房的床也有1.35m/張，睡得舒服！小客廳有沙發！
服務：秉承了現在民宿的特色，服務到位，貼心！入住有贈送瀟湘茶煙下午茶（到晚上8點半，出去玩而晚歸的朋友也能喝上她們家為您準備的茶和點心，今晚喝了黑茶和芝麻餅）；另外還有晚安夜宵（每天不一樣，今晚為小米粥）；
地理位置非常好！出門就是潮宗街，長沙保留了4條石板街之一。步行到太平老街、坡子街、黃興步行街和五一廣場也不遠！離地鐵口近，去橘子洲景區和嶽麓風景區也很方便。滴滴出行也方便，實惠。

酒店位置方便，離潮宗街和地鐵近，大堂房間干淨，環境舒適，工作人員服務周到，遇下雨天，大堂喝贈送的下午茶很鬆弛感，配送小點也不錯，晚上還有免費糖水宵夜，最讚還是退房後免費寄送行李到高鐵站，到點自取，不用拖着行李到處走，連住了三天，性價比高，推薦！

價性比酒店，從入住前管家的温馨提示，到店後整個酒店呈現、員工服務動作的響應、增值服務含下午茶、夜宵，定位3-400的酒店體驗遠超出預期。此次住宿令人感受最佳的體驗，陰冷的下雨天坐在窗邊喝着下午茶取暖，看着户外庭院的雨淅淅瀝瀝，很治癒，如果在結合秋冬香氛會更好。整體而言，非常推薦，這類酒店最怕後期維護跟不上，一段時間後不是破舊就是爛和各種不明臭味。希望酒店持續維護好，有機會還會再來。

酒店位置很好，毗鄰潮宗街，街區比較安靜。臨近地鐵1號線培元橋站，離五一廣場站衹有1站路，出行方便。廳堂和房間富有設計品味，簡約舒適。我們訂的雙人間面積比較大，旅途歸來身心放鬆。早餐有好吃的粉，可以送到客房。前台小姐姐也會推薦旅遊攻略，推薦他們家，下次還來！
